He was thorough, fair, and gave us a list of items we could do to bring our chimney up to code. When we were ready to make some repairs after some time had passed, we spoke with his wife (who was also lovely) and she passed along a message. I spoke with Scott directly who was able to make a timely appointment to come to our home and fix some items we had requested. He was very upfront with us and explained why the items should be fixed to bring everything up to code. One of the items we had asked him to do was replace our crown, but with more inspection he was able to see that it just needed some work and not a full replacement. We so appreciate and value an honest and hardworking professional like Scott. The entire experience from start to finish was great and we will continue to work with The Chimney Guy for all things chimney.
