In 2018, I hired Meredith Watters to rethink the landscaping of our house in Easton. We met, she listened to my concerns and came up with an amazing re-design which rearranged the plants we had as well as adding wonderful new plants. We moved alot of plants including several very large bushes and, despite the drought last summer and my lack of a watering system, only one large bush died. It was remarkable given that we are there only on weekends. She also helped me install a watering system. My son and daughter in law visited us last summer and my son said he had never seen our yard look more beautiful. I am still working with Meredith on our long range plans which we are accomplishing in stages. She is delightful to work with and I cannot recommend her high enough. read more

In the spring of 2019 we hired Meredith Watters to redesign the landscaping around the front of our house, including reconfiguring our parking area and designing a new walkway. Meredith designed new gardens using plants and shrubs that would hold up to our wet property as well as stand up to the deer. She also determined which of our existing shrubs could be moved to new locations. Meredith coordinated all the work with a local landscaping company to complete the work. We're very happy with the end result and this year have hired Meredith again to assist with replacing some trees we must have removed in other areas of the property. read more

Meredith Watters is great to work with. She listened to my thoughts carefully and honored them and then came up with a beautiful and very sensible plan. Her knowledge of plants and hardscaping is impressive. She seems to have plenty of great experience to give the customer an excellent end result. We love our new patio, gardens and walkway. I highly recommend Watterscape Design. read more

What a great source of knowledge and information! Meredith provided valuable information after a consultation in regards to the nuances of constructing a home and landscaping it within the boundaries of Talbot County's land use regulations. As the result of my interaction with Waterscape Design, I am confident my project will be a success! Highly Recommended!! read more

The reason for less than 5 stars, is, in addition to getting rid of weeds, they also removed a number of mature plants, which really pissed off my wife. They were told if there was any question about whether something was a weed or should be removed, they should contact us first, but they didn't. They removed 10+ year old yucca plants that were currently in bloom they removed about 10 varieties of daylilies not thinned, them completely threw them away. I had an additional 4x8 garden box full of daylilies they removed all but a 1 Sq ft plant in one corner. I had 2 varieties of iris that were just thrown out. I had a miniature crepe myrtle that was ripped out. I had a small crepe myrtle next to a larger older one that was ripped out. I had a variegated yucca that was removed. As well as other plants. It would take me at least $500 to replace what they removed with just 1 of each variety they threw out let alone have something of the size they removed.i don't think they know plants Unless they think if it doesn't come from home depot it needs to be destroyed. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING. They even mangled some of the few plants they left when they spread the mulch.
