It ended up on the side of the road, where Dayron found it. He took the time to track down my contact information, call me, and even drive back to a nearby gas station to meet me so he could return it. I offered him money as a thank-you, but he kindly refused, saying he would hope someone would do the same for him if he were in that situation. Acts of kindness like that are rare these days and say a lot about a person and the company they represent. Needless to say, I will definitely be using Naples Tree Trimming Service for any future tree work. Thank you, Dayron, and thank you, Naples Tree Trimming Service! -- Bill B.

We discussed the cost and then when the bill came it was much higher.

If you just want your grass cut then they're fine. I hired them b/c they appeared professional. And by no means were they the cheapest. The weekly lawn cutting started well but over time I noticed my lawn having rows of dying grass. The machine they used must have been too heavy b/c places where they turned around in the yard tore up my grass. Also, it was hard to get a person to call back or reply to emails. They're not terrible, just didn't meet my standards.

I forgot to leave a check and I called Thursday afternoon to reschedule. The woman I spoke with assured me that the job could be done anyway so I arranged through numerous phone calls to my bank and to Lawson's Tree Experts to have $600 wired to their account. I went out of my way (while in upstate New York) to accommodate Lawson Tree Experts. The main branch that I wanted taken out is still there! I have had two friends lose their back car window to this tree(one car was totaled), and I paid my $600 to insure that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Instead, I came home to discover that the job is unfinished but my money is gone, and now nobody will return my phone calls. I have record of each phone call I've made (nearly every other day since June 5th) and nobody at Lawson's Tree Experts office will returned my calls. I feel it's imperative to get this last limb removed before another car(or innocent unsuspecting person) gets hit by the limb that should have been removed. My phone number has been left each time, and Lawson's was quick to return my calls when they were expecting my money, but now that my money is in their hands, I get no response. This is unprofessional. It has been 27 days since Lawson's Tree Experts has been paid.

I contacted several lawn service and was impressed with Ever. He stopped by and took a look at my yard, made excellent recommendations and was able to come the next day to cut the grass and take care of the weeds that were growing in the yard and flower beds. Ever improved the flower beds by giving them a natural edge rather than the plastic edging and refreshed the mulch in the beds. This greatly improved the look of the flower beds. Ever also improved the looks of the front yard by removing an overgrown bush and flowers. I will be planting new bushes and flowers to replace the ones that were removed. I can't say enough about how meticulous Ever is and the great job he does. He has improved my yard 100%. I highly recommend Ever Lawn Care. He has a keen eye and points out possible problems and provides cost effective solutions to address the problems. He also makes great suggestions. And the best part, his pricing is reasonable. He was less expensive than some of the other companies I contacted. If your lawn is in need of attention like mine was, try Ever Lawn Care. You will love the results.
