If you need services beyond mowing, make sure it is clear and and in writing exactly what is to be done and the total price. The actual work they do is quality but the poor communication and defensiveness can result in a project not done properly and pricing disputes.

He removed a section of my fence and set his crew to work. The crew was AMAZING!! They were Very Skilled and did an Outstanding Job!! I was concerned about the large branches hanging over my deck and fence, but they were very careful. One of the guys climbed the tree and very skillfully hung his guide ropes and cut the branches and canopy, while the others tended the ropes and pulled the huge branches to the Shredder. They dropped the huge trunk, cleaned up all the branches and leaves from the tree and hauled off the entire tree. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to wait about 4 weeks to have the stum ground up. The beer garden was so much larger and nicer than I expected. They have a ton of outdoor seating, a stage for live music, a bar to get your beverages and multiple food trucks that sometimes rotate each weekend. There were shaded seats and seats that get plenty of sun and it is all dog friendly! My husband and I each had two beers and some snacks from the food trucks. We will definitely be back, we just wish this was closer to home for us!

One nursery I visited sent an estimator who ignored related landscaping requests and only gave an estimate on tree removal and cleanup ($1,300). They never provided the additional estimates requested and made excuses. Garcia's sent someone out within a couple of days of making contact. They said the removal cost would be $700, but offered a discount because it was early in the season ($550). I accepted the offer. I didn't hear back about scheduling the removal for a couple of weeks (they said because of rain delays they said). Soon after, the work was completed.
