He texted me before arriving so that we can go over things. He worked quietly and efficiently , texted again so we can see how things were looking and decided on playing additional or not and when he was done he texted again for final review . The company secured the Calvert permit to cut a tree in the Bay zone and completed the job on time and at cost-which was reasonable. The quality of the job was better than I had asked for. Carlos took the time to explain what he was doing as he purged all of my sprinkler lines twice - once by manually opening each of the 18 valves and then by using the control panel. From the initial meeting to discuss our plans to the 3D rendering, the process was amazing. Matt and Kevin were so knowledgeable with Calvert County codes and regulations and offered a wonderful rendering to address the codes and safety! The price was fair and we plan on making them our go-to for our quoted project and many more projects! We love that they gave us a fair price upfront and didn't bargain with us once we said we could not do the project at that time. We asked several friends who each have successful landscape companies in different states and they confirmed the quote we received from Lawn Artist was very fair. We gave Kevin and Matt several inspiration pictures and the rendering we received more than met our expectations so much so that we are putting off saving for a needed kitchen renovation to save for this project instead. Kevin was very understanding and did not make us feel bad for not having the budget to do the project right away and even gave us a great option to do the project in stages fit into our budget! We can't wait to start! By far the best company we received a quote from out of the 5 we contacted!
