I reached out to Peter and had already figured that there was no way that him and his crew would be able to accommodate my request at such a late stage in the game. And I wasn't expecting service on the day that I called. Peter and his team surprised me. Not only did they come within hours of my calling him, they did an exceptional job removing the snow and ice from the front of my building, loading dock and the entry and exit doors for my garage. In the driveway extension areas, they clearly cut corners: the base was practically nonexistent, leading to immediate cracks and weeds springing up through what was supposed to be a "new" driveway. They've come back twice to slap on temporary fixes, but unsurprisingly, the problems keep returning because of their shoddy foundation work. Getting them to honor their warranty was a nightmare and took months of waiting. To top it off, their crew showed zero professionalism--rather than politely asking to use the restroom, they urinated on our shed right in view of our security cameras. I hired them to open my large pool of 33,000 gallons of water. 2 workers came yo my home to open…read moreit. They removed the cover , saw the pump motor worked and checked to see the cartridges in the filter system, I was told they sweep a little. The whole process took 1 1/2!hrs. Need less to say the pool water was terrible and smelled. They said the put some shock in. First, the filtration system was not cleaning at all so I , put in an over amount of shock. It did take the smell away but still was not clean. Had my son recheck both top skimmers and found a plug was left so the water could not flow to the filter. Now after a few weeks I was able to get the cloudiness out of most of the water. Shock, the cleaning jets on the pool wall still had the plugs in them. So total plugs never removed were 6. No wonder I could never get the water clear. I paid a total of $575 because of my in-ground cleaning system , which could not work properly until I removed all the 6 plugs, which should have been done when they opened it. I was totally surprised this morning with a text from the owner of BMA pools. He had just come back from vacation and just read my text to him. He apologized for any of my inconvenience and sent me a refund of $200.
