BES and their subs constantly miss appointments and make promises for milestones that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY from this toxic company and anyone who associates with them. The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion. He always arrived when he said he would, made sure that the times were convenient for us, and always left the work area clean and organized.
