From the moment you walk into Sound Cedar, the smell alone of the fresh cedar is incredible. I checked everywhere and we used them for a lot of decking fasteners and naughty pine tongue and groove. We also got Cedar tongue and groove from them. Prices were excellent but again the customer service was fantastic. It is the most organized facility I've ever seen. In fact, picking up the materials with their forklift crew loading it onto the ladder rack of my pick up truck was so impressive. I took photos. Nathan had recommended an excellent installer for our deck and I cannot tell you how wonderful Felipe and. And Fernando were with the install. Once again, I checked many different places to buy the material. Sound Cedar was the best and exceptional quality but once again it's the best customer service I've ever experienced and I was the general contractor on this build of a home and a detached garage. I should've left a review a long time ago. I just noticed somebody had given one star reviews and there's no way in the world. They deserve that this place is exceptional. You've gotta go there. We bought a really nice Japanese trellis made out of cedar from them and they've got a really good selection. Line of barbecues to include the green egg we're thinking about. The custom Cedar furniture they have there is awesome as well and built for big guys like me!

Their prices are worth the drive! I would suggest with all large nurseries like this, you call and make an appointment. They have way too much property and selection to just drop in. When I mentioned Wiggin's nursery to my landscaper, he said he would give Terry (the owner) a call and arrange the pick up. It's not a big box store, has concierge service, and mature plants so you get instant gratification! None of the Bouquets match the photos on their website. Complete misrepresentation of what we would receive. Included photos of what was received vs what is posted in their website. EDIT / UPDATE : To help further clarify - paid $400 but would've happily paid more if deemed necessary - Exact measurements were provided for the photo garlands (and were supposed to be much bigger) - While not exact bouquets were picked from the website, the complete lack of anything comparable is quite evident -Shasta daisies and carnations are nowhere comparable to white lilies and/or white roses. Rather than call myself for clarification or the person who the delivery was for, she called to berate me. She was not interested in trying to find out where the misunderstanding was or try and get the delivery to the correct person. She told me that the person who wrongly received the delivery was bringing the flowers to HER. Then she rudely told me they would be at their store in the cooler waiting for the intended recipient to come pick them up. (You know, the person who just had a baby. Unbelievable.) Something is seriously wrong with this business owner and I will tell everyone I know who NOT to use on the island.

We literally stumbled across Stone Pros while parked in downtown Everett, using Yelp to find something nearby, after our initial venture didn't pan through. We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. We love that we are supporting a local family owned business. The owner has his kids' artwork all of his office. Thank you to Ryan and Amanda for all of your help!

Stone Pros worked hard to fit in our small bathroom project into a busy schedule right before the Thanksgiving holiday, which helped us meet a tight timeline on our side. Then, after some mixups, they made sure we didn't bear any extra cost and still got our project done on time. They even made two separate trips down to Seattle with the finished pieces to make sure we had everything on our schedule. It was especially impressive that they did so much for a small project like ours so I can only imagine they'd work as hard on everything they do!
