I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. The bid included replacement of coping, new skimmer, re-tile, re-plaster, and replacement of old electric heater with new heat pump. The bid detailed the cost of each phase of the project so that I could choose which phases I wanted (could afford) to complete. In the end I chose to complete the entire list and Jerry installed the new skimmer ($2250) for free. Jerry uses a combination of his own crew and subcontractors (coping and plastering) on my project. One can tell Jerry takes great pride in his work. He took the time necessary to make sure I understood the maintenance and water balancing of a new pool. When I decided to replace the 15 year old pool pump with a new SuperFlo VS motor he gave me a bid but did not balk when I decided to replace it myself. He even looked over my work to make sure it was done properly. I would end by saying that Jerry was very competitive in pricing (half that of AquaQuip) and in the same range of other contractors, but his customer service and communication was far better than other private contractors. The technician came out, did a thorough inspection and determined that we had no leak. The issue was the water heater. We had a new one installed recently and it was the tank that allowed water to ebb and flow. There was as much water going out as there was going in. Very typical of new water heaters. The typical charge was $395, but because they found no leak and was only there an hour, we were charged only $250 for a service call. Highly recommend!!
