We literally stumbled across Stone Pros while parked in downtown Everett, using Yelp to find something nearby, after our initial venture didn't pan through. We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Stone Pros worked hard to fit in our small bathroom project into a busy schedule right before the Thanksgiving holiday, which helped us meet a tight timeline on our side. Then, after some mixups, they made sure we didn't bear any extra cost and still got our project done on time. They even made two separate trips down to Seattle with the finished pieces to make sure we had everything on our schedule. It was especially impressive that they did so much for a small project like ours so I can only imagine they'd work as hard on everything they do!

After multiple conversations with the salesperson at MVBC regarding the project, and considering the products available, the order was placed for my untreated metal panels, which I was assured would rust quickly. The materials were delivered in a timely manner, but construction was delayed due to months of bad weather. When we were finally able to complete construction we discovered that the panels were galvanized - exactly what i did NOT want, which is why I went to MVBC for this special order instead of just buying far lest costly galvanized roofing panels at any big box store. When I contacted MVBC to discuss the matter, she confirmed that she ordered galvanized panels because that was the only option. None of which was mentioned to me in our several earlier conversations, and her only other comment was "Well, I'm no expert on metal." {!!). Well then I recommend you put someone on the order desk who DOES know what they're talking about, because I now have five huge problems on my hand that I did not create and no way to solve.

A sign of a business circling the drain when even the owners don't want to be there to try to sell their products.
