He apparently shopped for building supplies here back in the stone age when he was working at Dupont after college. Unlike Lowes, we were greeted within ten seconds. The guy knew exactly what we wanted and knew where it was. Everyone here looked like they had worked here or in some related industry for at least twenty years and knew what they were talking about. It was a great experience and there is no doubt as to why this place has been open for at least forty years if not more.

As what I witnessed, the store mis-priced some bird seed (?) and would not honor the price (customer service rule #1) - then ... argued and threatened to call the police on this woman who just was asking them to honor the price marked!
