The supervisor of lumber I asked for a different piece of wood because they gave me a moldy chipped piece for a arbor he rolled his eyes and complained. It was just plain awful. I was so tempted to ask for my 1,000 refund and just go to Home Depot. It was absolutely horrible service.

They do all this because they got the Ace Hardware heart.
