Place has saved my behind so many times. They will sit there for hours and explain every step of the process to you. Leveling, pouring a foundation, framing, getting plumbing and electrical hooked up, etc. Jesus, I wouldn't be surprised if they come out to the jobsite for you and start barking at the contractors screwing it up. They do all this because they got the Ace Hardware heart. It might be a bit pricier here than Home Depot or, God forbid, Lowe's (DO NOT GO TO LOWE'S! they got worse than service than popeyes chicken), but the helpful hardware folks who work here are worth the extra penny.
