I stopped in today and Aaron was so helpful. Picking out neutral colors is confusing and…read moreoverwhelming. Aaron was so helpful and engaged and really contributed information new to me. I left with great ideas and confidence to make the right choice. Great store, staff, and selections.

I am very exasperated. My truck's plastic flatbed liner had some paint on it that I wanted to paint…read moreover. I went to two Sherwin-Williams stores with the specific purpose of buying a can of paint. They were determined not to sell me anything. First I drove to the store on Garners Ferry Rd. The only employee was a young girl, who told me that since this is for a truck, then I must go to a different automotive store that was miles away and unnecessary. I asked her to forget that this is for a truck. Please give me a can of whatever paint is capable of going on plastic and is all-weather. She could not tell me the type of paint I would need, but again told me the only paints that Sherwin-Williams sells that will meet my needs are at that other automotive branch. I left. Since another Sherwin-Williams store was nearby on Millwood Ave., I decided to try my luck with that store. I again found that the store was staffed only by one young girl. I told her I spilled some paint on my flatbed liner, and I needed an all-weather paint capable of going on plastic. She said she needed to call someone and ask. The person she called was that same girl at the first location, who told her that I must go to this automotive store. Of course, she could also not tell me as a customer the type of paint I needed for my project. So I came home. Sad that I will have to find my paint in the morning instead of having the paint on hand. I'll find the paint I need tomorrow, no help from Sherwin-Williams.

I was looking for paint for several rooms of my new home, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable…read moreabout the paint they carry and the uses/benefits for each type of paint. I know, I know, they are supposed to be knowledgeable about what they are selling, right? But customer service seems to be a thing of the past and these guys were great!! I had a color I liked in another paint line (Chocolate Cheesecake!), and the guy even went online to get the info for it and duplicated it for me! The paint is, I'm telling you, at LEAST a hundred times better than the 'good paint' that is sold at Home Depot! The HD paint took two coats and wasn't washable (although it said it was washable.........) but this paint rocked it in one coat, saving me tons of time! It even covered black Sharpie on a white wall in ONE SWIPE!! Whoa! That alone made the price difference worth it! Thanks, Sherwin Williams Guys, for making my house a more beautiful place ;)

This is a great company....a Benjamin Moore dealer. I would never buy paint and supplies from…read moreanywhere else. Over several years I painted the exterior of every building and every interior room on my farm so I got to know them well. It didn't matter if I was buying a paint brush or hundreds of $$ of paint, there was always great service and that's the way they treat everyone that comes through the door. And, they have spent countless hours with me helping to match paints and stains or altering colors of already-purchased paints that were not quite the color I wanted. Plus, they will maintain a record for you in their system of which room a certain paint color is used in. They can get busy sometimes and that results in a bit of a wait but that can happen anywhere. Don't buy paint from the "big box" stores when you've got such a great local resource.
