They buy things seasonally so their available stock rotates, but that's fine for me because it just means more trips out there! Check out Facebook for their current offerings. Mark suggested an auto fill feature that has never worked properly, overflows leaking onto the stone walkway, spilling into my yard, and causes cleaning issues with the pool. I spent approximately another 200K with them on stone patio, drainage, driveway and plantings. The one of the patio was never finished correctly leaving an end column that supports an upper deck partially unsupported. Im also concerned about how much the concrete in the patio has chipped and how much some of the rocks with the pool have cracked or chipped already. Another is with $10,000 worth of trees and plants installed last fall. The 9 big Evergreen type trees survived the winter but everything else died. When I called him this spring to tell him the evergreens didn't look & sent him pictures with some yellow & brown he was unconcerned. Now the evergreens are half brown and I fear they'll be dead within 6 months. Looks like that $10,000 was totally wasted. You'd think with 700K - 800K spent with Mark and his company he'd want to get it All right and appreciate your business. He has not done right by me.

Modern Turf's customer service and internal communication procedures are astonishingly horrible…read more Not only does my yard look worse now than when I was taking care of it on my own, they fail to contact customers when requested and instead just show up and do things on your property without your consent. I submitted an online request on June 1 for someone to contact me about a specific weed problem, because its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone in the office. They did not call me back, but instead scheduled a weed treatment application for June 4th without telling me. Since I had not heard from them on June 3rd I called the office to cancel my service and get a refund on the pre-payment I had made for the rest of the year. During that phone call, I still wasn't told about the scheduled service for June 4th, and the service wasn't cancelled. I applied my own herbicide yesterday, and I didn't find out that they sprayed my yard today until I got home to find a notice hanging on my door. My yard has now been sprayed for weeds 3 times in 2 weeks, with grass that is already discolored and not growing from the stress of their previous products and the unusually cold spring. When contacted, I was given nothing but excuses about being short staffed. I'm glad that they do not have to pay many staff members right now, because they will never see another dime of my money in the future.

We did add a few extra task but the main task we hired him for was never completed. When Jordan requested the final payment, I informed him the job was not complete, and I question the unfinished work, he blew up and started cussing, calling me names, pouting and threaten me. I was in shock at first and was like is this really happening. I thought I was going to have to fight Jordan Howard. Thank goodness we had our neighbors in the yard witness this. We paid him just to be done with him and his scary demeanor. I finished the job myself. All though he starts off very helpful, in the end he must be broke by his actions. Plus Jordan Howard lets his subcontractors do sub par work. We had to call them out on it several times. Over all the Framers, Sheet-rockers, and stucco crews did a good job. Concrete guy not so much. Stay away from true North builders LLC If you question Jordan Howard's incomplete work be ready for a physical alteration!
