Had enough like us??? Water Ones approach is different and their service has been outstanding. You can call the day before you need a delivery and they come out. The rates are fair. Most important the water quality is very good. Stop get screwed over by the big guys (nestle) ... just like your cable provider and will sacrifice any customer satisfaction just to make an extra dollar. Not the case at Water One.. Primo brands recently bought up all the small Mom and pop water delivery services in the area. It…read morewas D'Angelo and then it was Century Springs which were all great and reliable but ever since Primo took over it's been terrible. They constantly get the deliveries wrong, then you call and sit on hold and get somebody from customer service to try to make things right. They will forget things on the delivery and then they send somebody back to bring what they forgot and charge you another delivery fee which again, you have to call and argue with customer service to try to get a credit on your account. Recently they've been having problems delivering in my area but no phone call no email no text, nothing to let you know so they just reschedule your delivery for a month down the road with no warning. I had to call customer service to try to figure out why no delivery was scheduled and they told me they were having problems delivering in my area, a little heads up would be nice. On top of that they just sent out an email saying that they're raising their prices, telling you that they're going to jack up the prices for such unreliable mismanaged service seems like a terrible idea. Fortunately, there are still a couple of small companies in the area that haven't been taken over and ruined by a big corporation. Seems like they are trying to corner the market and have a monopoly on water delivery so then they can charge whatever they want.

This is a review of someone who works at the Culligan site in Wheaton who also handles the Penske…read morerentals there. Anthony was AMAZING to deal with! I was moving out of state and had just found out that not everything fit on the mover's truck. I needed to haul the remaining items by myself to another state. Anthony helped me get a cargo van on short notice; he made sure it was swept out and cleaned for me; he took me out to the van and showed me everything I needed to know about driving it; he located windshield wiper fluid and made sure I had enough in the engine's reserve. He took care of me and made me feel like an important customer. I went to the Culligan site for something other than water, but if Anthony treats his Culligan water customers with the same care and attention he treated me, then l know they are getting royal service. Bravo, Anthony! You are exceptional in today's world and I hope your employer appreciates you!

Machine in kitchen gives hot, cold, ambient, or sparkling water instantly at the push of a button or can control by your phone. All our friends and kids' friends love our water and the "fun" of the system. We think it is delicious! Service is good - just change out filters and cartridge periodically and once when we had trouble the tech came out and fixed it right away. Clean, safe, delicious water and we don't drink out of plastics any longer either! Win win!

Very tragic. We put in a second pond because our first pond the fish had reproduced and needed more…read moreroom. So they pumped 6000 gallons of water in and we turned on the pumps to recercutate the water. All seemed good until an hour later fish were dying - Within 2 hrs everything we had raised for the past 6 yrs was now floating dead in both ponds. We were told it was fish safe. This was not the case. So far we don't have answers as to where the driver got his water, Had to have high levels of Chlorine in it. Lost about 80 beautiful fish friends. Not sure when it will be fish safe , Hoping the owner will call me back and make this right. My fish were healthy and happy they died a painful death.

Update: When touring the unit, there was a missing light…read morebulb. They stated they would put a light bulb in but didn't, so I had to bring one and put it in myself. The exit gate is not automatic. Nobody mentioned that you have to get out of your vehicle, walk to the building, and enter your pin to open the gate to leave. I wish someone had communicated that because I was incredibly frustrated and couldn't get a hold of the office, although I tried calling multiple times and left voicemails. Laura was exceptional, with a charisma and kindness that were truly remarkable. She was a joy to work with and to talk to, consistently brightening our day with her positive attitude. Her professionalism and genuine care made every interaction enjoyable, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.

My private insurance won't cover it bc the damage wasn't caused by hail or any of that. The beam above the tote was VERY rusted to the point of there being separation. All the shoes are covered in black mold and had been submerged. The tote collected all the water that fell from the faulty ceiling.Like I said, this was not due to carelessness on my end. Id been with CS for several years and had no issues. They basically said nothing they can do bc I didnt have the stores insurance. Why would I pay for something i already had?? One would expect flooding but not leaking from a roof. When I say expensive I'm talking about Versace, YSL,Michael Kors, etc. They said they'd call thier maintenance man and get back to me. But basically nothing they can do. Id rented with them for several years and up until this instance, its been good. I want to say the manager is awesome and friendly. I know she was only doing what Cube Smart says they should do and say and the situation was completely out of her hands. She does an amazing job and is very friendly.
