Went here about 3 times. First it was he didn't work on e-bikes, then it was he can work on them but no electrical, then after that it was about class. My ebike looks like a mountain bike it's not some class 17 crazy bike , it's a class 2 that's legal but still that was a hurdle. Then tell me you can't buy the top that screws onto a seat post when you can find them on Amazon. Not to mention his attitude was almost like I was bothering him for asking questions. Came here to see if they could adjust my gear shifter thing. Took it to another shop in Bartlett first and they wanted $180 to fix it, saying I needed a complete tune up and the shifter "mechanism and cables" need to be cleaned. I held off on this repair. Stopped by NEC to see what they would say. Told him the issue and he was like "the cable and shifters probably just needed to be cleaned". I asked if the bike needed a complete tune up. He said, the bike is in good shape and the only thing needed was to clean the cable/shifter. He charged me $80 for the fix, saved me some money. read more

Went to this Cycle store on 2 different occasions in the last 2 weeks. I had a wheel replaced on 1 occasion and on the 2nd visit I had a kickstand put on my bike. I came in on short notice on both visit's and they treated me phenomenal and provided services promptly. I was expecting to wait but the changed my tire right away and yesterday t hat put on a kickstand right away. Great service from all of the employees that I encountered !!! read more

If you're looking to get your electric bike serviced, Or buy any type of tools to service Your electric bike. Then look no further do not hesitate to skip this place as the owner is blatantly ignorant and very traditional. I came in for a simple spoke tool And asked about electric bike service. He blatantly was giving me an earful of how it's illegal to buy any type of electric bike online. That they will not service them unless you buy the electric bike from them which are upwards of $8000 to $10,000.I do not want to argue with him because the fact ls you can buy an electric bike that is limited at 20 mph class 2 pedal assist electric bike from online which is totally legal in all states for trails and bike roads. At a time like this if you are not learning to service other bikes then it's a big loss for the shop. read more

Hands down, this is THE BEST bike shop in town!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, & outstanding customer service. They have great selections and even helped me get fitted with the right size bike. Unfortunately, they didn't have the color and size fixie I wanted. But, I ended up purchasing a bike anyways. Eventually, my new fixie grew on me but I didn't like the stock handle bars. I asked the owner if it was possible for him to install drop bars with brake levers. Low and behold, he made it possible and now I can ride in comfort. THANK YOU NEVER ENDING CYCLES!!! This is the second time I have had to run in to get some tires fixed and was greeted with a welcome staff, even though I'm riding a department store bike. I've experienced such attitude with other bike shops that think buying a $2k bike makes sense for the average person and anything else is shameful. I have another shop closer to my home, but they aren't open on Sundays so I came upon Mike's shop and gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service, the great attitudes of everyone in the shop and the great selection of bikes and accessories. Warning! Beware of the guy who "runs the place" because if you go to him, you better deal with him at your own risk. The guy wanted to charge me a fortune and rip me off for unnecessary repairs that I didn't need anyway. I think the guy is a crook who acts like a big shot jerk just to put it lightly and he might have paid people to give him 5 star reviews. (To send consumer complaints, you can send them to either The Federal Trade Commission, The Better Business Bureau, or some other well trusted Personality like Clark Howard.) 1 star because I believe that the guy I dealt with was probably attempting too much greed breaking the law to run a racket. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. OWNER IS A JERK!! Don't waste your time getting your bike repaired here. I have had my bike in about 5 -6 times over the last two months for a flat back tire. Every time they just replace the inner tube and give it back. Only to have my bike go flat less than a week later. The last time I went in I specifically told them that I wanted this issue fixed right not just fixed quick. They had my bike over a week and again they just fixed the inner tube and did nothing to diagnose and fix the actual problem. The owner has raised his voice to me several times when trying to patronize his business for a repair that "he doesn't have time to deal with me" and he "too busy" to do what is needed to fix the problem. I am convinced that this shop just does the quick fix so that I keep coming back to have my bike repaired. I have spent well over $100 on this issue only to have my tire go flat again less than a week later. Let's help this business owner not be so busy by patronizing other businesses for sales and service. I know I will NEVER go back here. read more

And their prices are very reasonable. I went in for a size 26 inch tire and inner-tube. Not knowing much, if anything, about bikes I asked them if I needed brake pads or anything else? While they could have sold me additional parts and service, they didn't. They looked over the bike, re-aligned the brakes and told me that no additional service was required. As a small buisness owner myself I would never speak to customers the way the owner (Mike) spoke to me over the phone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went in anyways to shop. When I arrived I was not greeted, he was yelling at someone over a phone call and exceptionally rude to the customers he was dealing with at the counter. He should feel blessed he is still in buisness during this time of Covid-19 and has customers at all. My daughter really wanted the bike she saw at the store but I just couldn't support someone who had such a poor attitude and was so rude and unappreciative of his community. My fiance and I brought our bikes in for tune-ups on Saturday 4/15/2017 and they were ready for pickup on Tuesday 4/18/17 (Easter happened in between there). The service was great! The flat rate for a tune-up was $80, and it came to &89.99 after tax. Mike (I'm assuming that's the owner's name) made sure to straighten out our rims and fix a brake that had a broken bracket on it. He was super honest, which I highly appreciate. I thought my tires were nearly shot, but he told me they still had about half their life left! We went for a ride straight from leaving the shop, and it was AMAZING! I didn't know how "smooth" my bike could feel! I really appreciate the quality work and honest opinions that we were given.
