Primo brands recently bought up all the small Mom and pop water delivery services in the area. They constantly get the deliveries wrong, then you call and sit on hold and get somebody from customer service to try to make things right. They will forget things on the delivery and then they send somebody back to bring what they forgot and charge you another delivery fee which again, you have to call and argue with customer service to try to get a credit on your account. Recently they've been having problems delivering in my area but no phone call no email no text, nothing to let you know so they just reschedule your delivery for a month down the road with no warning. I had to call customer service to try to figure out why no delivery was scheduled and they told me they were having problems delivering in my area, a little heads up would be nice. On top of that they just sent out an email saying that they're raising their prices, telling you that they're going to jack up the prices for such unreliable mismanaged service seems like a terrible idea. Fortunately, there are still a couple of small companies in the area that haven't been taken over and ruined by a big corporation. Seems like they are trying to corner the market and have a monopoly on water delivery so then they can charge whatever they want.

I'm no expert @ installing HVAC systems but I can't believe it took 14 hours to remove the existing AC condenser furnace & cooling coils & install a new AC condenser & furnace coil. The installers arrived @ 9:40 am. It's now 11:30 & they are just wrapping up. I'm tired & cranky & want to go to bed. I had to hang out all day while their installers were doing the removal & installation of my new AC condenser, furnace & cooling coils. This being said David Jackson was the lead installer he was very polite & respectful during what I'm sure must have been an exhausting day. When it was all said and done Dave & his partner did a great job & cleaned up after they were finished. I did have a few concerns which I addressed w/the salesman Gino Levato, the office & Damien who followed up the next day. One was the hole cut in my exterior brick wall to run the copper piping, copper electrical & black insulated pipe along the ground due to the upcoming winter & possible freeze due to snow & ice? I was told they would look into my concerns. The cut out in my wall was patched w/a silicone sealant but I would like further protection like a steel or aluminum plate over the silicone to prevent rodents (mainly rats) from chewing through & gaining access to my house. The biggest positive was getting this service through my Costco executive card. We will get a Costco cash card after the installation for 10% to be used @ Costco, plus an additional 5% rebate on my Costco Citi bank card. My wife asked about a senior discount (smart move). Gino called Costco & spoke to a general manager we were able to get an additional $2,000 off of the price

I heard her computing what I said and realized it was AI. Finally got a live human dispatcher, who wasn't much better. I explained that our work schedules changed and I needed the first appointment with a guaranteed one-hour window. I was told by the dispatcher they couldn't guarantee it, even if I scheduled a month in advance. When I asked about options, I was simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. So I cancelled. I'd recommend calling a smaller, local company that still has humans answering the phone and understands that customers have jobs and schedules. Terrible customer service before they even set foot in my house. The service special is a scam to get in your home anyways! A reputable company wouldn't need to deceive you with a "service special" just to get in your home... but this one does.

Not only did I get MORE than I was expecting from the settlement (which made me extremely happy) but when I got the bill the fee was less than I expected! They didn't "nickel and dime" me for every little thing and their bill was very reasonable for the service they provided. I'm not saying the bill wasn't high at the end (lawyers are expensive), but since they got me more than I expected, they MORE than paid their own fee! Divorce isn't pleasant, but Joseph Beck and his team certainly made things easier, and I wasn't broke at the end! They were honest, skilled lawyers who got results. If you find yourself in the position of having to hire a divorce lawyer....do yourself a favor and hire Joseph Beck!

After getting a few quotes we went with Professional Water Systems and I couldn't be happier with their service. A technician came out quickly and tested everything. Unlike the Culligan guy ( who quotes us 3x the price too) these guys found that only our iron filter was bad and the other part of our problem was coming from our water heater. They replaced our iron filter ( for a good deal) and fixed the problem with our water heater for free. Instead of $2000 for the other guy ( or $3400 for Culligan) we spent around $900. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The technician was polite and on time. The new iron filter has been working great. I will definitely go to these guys for any future issues we may have.
