Called performance pro plumbing in November to put in a new shower valve and showerhead and spout. They were near my home. They were all booked for December but this was great because the demo and tiling could not be done till January. Arrived early and finished quickly to put in the valve. I recently had my ejector pump go out and shower water was starting to flood into the basement. I called Performance Pro Plumbing and they were able to show up at my door within 30 minutes and had a new ejector pump installed within the hour. Shannon was the guy that came out to install the ejector pump and he was very professional and answered all of my questions without a problem. He even looked at the basement sink to see if there was a clog there as well. Awesome service and great prices. I recently had water in the basement and didn't know why. Suspected that it was the sump pump. I called a few places and found out that it's probably cheaper and easier to purchase a bar of gold. Finally I got ahold of Shannon at performance pro. He quoted me half the price of everyone else and personally showed up to my house two hours later. Performance Pro Plumbing is great - quick to respond to my calls, up front about the details, courteous, knowledgeable, and at a good price. We had our drain line from our furnace to the ejector pump put at the proper angle so water was no longer pooling in it. We also had our exterior water spigot fixed since it was leaking. Shannon went over the possible outcomes with the spigot rather than just working on it and announcing after the fact that he had to punch a hole in the wall. (Some plumbers will not disclose all possible outcomes!) Luckily the worst case scenario of having to open up the wall was not necessary. We definitely plan on calling Performance Pro Plumbing the next time we need a plumber! read more

Professional, kind and integrity are my impression of Shannon. He was recommended by a friend of my wife and I really thank God for him. I called him to fix the broken hot water faucet connecting to washing machine. My dryer was broken and I ordered a set of washer and dryer. I did not know that I got a broken faucet until I disconnect everything in preparing for the new washer but the installers did not want to do anything with the washer because of it and just left. I tried to connect myself but can not get it work. Called Shannon to fix the faucet for me so that I can have the service people in again to install the washer for me. Because of the ages of my house, the new faucet does not fit. Thanks God that Shannon fixed them all for me so quick and clean and connect the washer for me and have everything ready for me as courtesy. I also asked him to fix the broken valve that controls the incoming water pipe in the basement, which I knew about a couple years ago. He fixed it so quick and clean and the cost was very reasonable. Even better than what the handyman quoted me years ago. I am so glad that I don't need to worry about who to call for the plumbing related works anymore. I enjoy his whistling too. I think he is gifted in that and it really smooth my troubling heart ( days without washer and dryers and dirty cloths piled up ... ). If you worry about the cost of a professional plumber and thinking of getting a handy man but worry whether he/she can do a good job or not, you don't need to anymore. Just call Shannon. read more
