Employees sitting around the main desk, chomping on food and surfing on phones and completely ignored us. Not even a hello and when we looked over at them to get their attention, they all just sat there chomping food and staring at us like deers in the headlights. When we walked over to the desk, some short blond guy, still chewing his food asked us what we needed. After explaining we were there to pay the balance on a hot tub, I started to open my checkbook. The short blond guy snickered and laughed, saying "we haven't taken a check since 2024". While looking over at the other employees aimlessly surfing their phones at the desk for approval of his nasty attitude. Beyond RUDE and condescending. So we pulled out a credit card and still snickering, the guy asks us if we "need to split the payment into more than 1 credit card". Seriously??? This is how you treat customers buy a $$$$$ hot tub?! No wonder your store is empty!!! Had we not already had such a good experience with the original salesperson Rachel - we would have demanded our deposit back and walked out. Nasty, rude, no manners. Somebody better teach your employees how to treat customers!!! Believe me, I will be sharing this poor experience with everyone I know!

Had enough like us??? Water Ones approach is different and their service has been outstanding. You can call the day before you need a delivery and they come out. The rates are fair. Most important the water quality is very good. Stop get screwed over by the big guys (nestle) ... just like your cable provider and will sacrifice any customer satisfaction just to make an extra dollar. Not the case at Water One.. I highly recommend checking these folks out... we continue to be impressed every time. Yes I'm actually a happy customer!

All seemed good until an hour later fish were dying - Within 2 hrs everything we had raised for the past 6 yrs was now floating dead in both ponds. We were told it was fish safe. This was not the case. So far we don't have answers as to where the driver got his water, Had to have high levels of Chlorine in it. Lost about 80 beautiful fish friends. Not sure when it will be fish safe , Hoping the owner will call me back and make this right. My fish were healthy and happy they died a painful death.

I've tried them several times and their 5 gallon, bottled water always tastes like a somewhat filtered down version of the city water that I'm trying to replace: water that has a background taste of calcium carbonate and iron (mineral taste). Their staff has explained it as " perhaps you just got a bad batch; the filters may not have been as clean as they should have been for the water I received, but it's been resolved." Okay, understandably, things happen, but when I tried again, the taste remained, unchanged. This is similar to my experience using the 'filtered' water that you get for refilling at Walmart; the taste depends on how long ago the filters have been cleaned-anotherwards hit or miss. I'm going back to the 'name brand' 5 gallon water bottles; always great tasting water and never a problem...

Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. Their appliances and equipment are always top quality but their service and commitment to stand behind and service these products is both outstanding and exemplary.
