She knew how much my ring meant to me and what it meant for me to have it back. She advised me that my ring would be done by 6pm and I didn't expect to get a call back when it was done because she already told me what time. However; she did call me back right at 6pm to let me know my ring was all ready. Today when I went to pick up my ring, the lady that helped me, sorry I don't remember her name, was amazing as well.
