He did not even look at the 2nd issue. After getting the clock home I noticed the #1 had been knocked off the face and super glued back on. Super glue was all over the number and face area. The clock smith admitted he had done the damage. But would not pay to remove the superglue or the face of the clock. He did not disclose the damage he had done at time of pick up. He charged full price for the chime repair and cleaning. I now have a very devalued clock I purchased for our 1st year anniversary. I find the unreported damage and willingness to correct it to be dishonest.
