Whether you are buying an engagement ring or a present for yourself or loved one, Kesslers is the…read moreplace to go. Before we were engaged (& married), my husband and I shopped around 10+ stores browsing and getting information about engagement rings for kicks and giggles. Most of your jewelry stores are all the same, uneducated and pushy sales persons and a poor selection of rings that were unique and one of a kind. Kesslers blows all other jewelry stores out of the water. They have a LIFETIME guarantee with your jewelry with no typical gimmicks that you can have at other places. For example, many places require you to come in once a year to have your jewelry inspected or your lose the "warranty". Mark helped us out on a number of different occasions. He is amazing, hilarious, engaging and above all the most fantastic salesman (I don't even want to use that word) that you will ever meet. He was well educated and has many years of experience. He walked us through the whole process and gave us his real opinions. He has such a wonderful personality and really connects with his clients. We even invited him to our wedding because he did so much for us! There are so many perks to going to Kesslers so I will only name a few: - Personal attention: 1. complimentary coffee, tea, or beverages 2. birthday and anniversary cards - If anything would ever break, it gets replaced free no questions asked (as long as you don't loose the complete item...i.e. your 2 carat diamond gets cracked) - Superb customer service - Great store events: My sister and I attended a Ladies Night where we received complimentary massages, champagne, manicures and gift bag (with useful items) I can't express enough how spectacular this place is, so go in to see how impressed you'll be!

I was immediately greeted upon entering and the saleswoman offered a complimentary clean of my wedding rings. They haven't sparkled like this in years! In fact, I hardly recognized my raw diamond which was so dirty it was starting to look like a meteor. It shines most majestically. What a great service. As I was about to depart empty handed, I found Uno de 50 products, including a good luck necklace. Perfect! I bought it and received a 10% discount. I hadn't received it was a sale weekend! The saleswoman gift wrapped the necklace at no additional charge. The jewelry store seems quite popular with locals. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that none of the jewelry is made locally to Wisconsin. That would be my only recommendation. Interestingly enough, this store has gorgeous wooden handmade clocks.
