She was instrumental in closing this deal and meeting my needs. I travel all over America and had been looking at jewlers from California to Indianapolis. I had been collecting photos of the Rings that where the "Contenders" and one the top Contenders was found in Oshkosh at Tennies. This ring is beautiful and with excellent craftsmanship... however I didn't buy. I kept traveling and couldn't shake the feeling that the ring I wanted was in Oshkosh. Amy not only worked with me over the phone some time later but ultimately was able to cut me an excellent deal and ship my ring to my location in under a week with custom engravings and excellent presentation( much thank you to the Appleton store for that!) Over all -As high of quality as the jewlers in Chicago,LA , Pheonix, Indianapolis - about a 1k savings. - excellent customer service and kept their word with shipping and time lines - Amy was an all star - very happy with ring

I think my favorite thing was the service! Top notch service, we felt very welcomed & special. I was unsure of what exactly I wanted, and Tommy brought us to the ring case and presented ring after ring to us. It was fun! I finally found a ring that jumped out at me & He then helped me to customize it the way I wanted. When we got our freshly cleaned rings back, there was a Hershey Kiss on the platter. It was so sweet! I highly recommend coming here to find your next special bit of jewelry! The selection and service made me feel like a Queen! Great experience!

Whether you are buying an engagement ring or a present for yourself or loved one, Kesslers is the…read moreplace to go. Before we were engaged (& married), my husband and I shopped around 10+ stores browsing and getting information about engagement rings for kicks and giggles. Most of your jewelry stores are all the same, uneducated and pushy sales persons and a poor selection of rings that were unique and one of a kind. Kesslers blows all other jewelry stores out of the water. They have a LIFETIME guarantee with your jewelry with no typical gimmicks that you can have at other places. For example, many places require you to come in once a year to have your jewelry inspected or your lose the "warranty". Mark helped us out on a number of different occasions. He is amazing, hilarious, engaging and above all the most fantastic salesman (I don't even want to use that word) that you will ever meet. He was well educated and has many years of experience. He walked us through the whole process and gave us his real opinions. He has such a wonderful personality and really connects with his clients. We even invited him to our wedding because he did so much for us! There are so many perks to going to Kesslers so I will only name a few: - Personal attention: 1. complimentary coffee, tea, or beverages 2. birthday and anniversary cards - If anything would ever break, it gets replaced free no questions asked (as long as you don't loose the complete item...i.e. your 2 carat diamond gets cracked) - Superb customer service - Great store events: My sister and I attended a Ladies Night where we received complimentary massages, champagne, manicures and gift bag (with useful items) I can't express enough how spectacular this place is, so go in to see how impressed you'll be!

She knew how much my ring meant to me and what it meant for me to have it back. She advised me that my ring would be done by 6pm and I didn't expect to get a call back when it was done because she already told me what time. However; she did call me back right at 6pm to let me know my ring was all ready. Today when I went to pick up my ring, the lady that helped me, sorry I don't remember her name, was amazing as well. She was very polite, asked me how my day was, etc. When she got my ring she complimented me on how amazing my ring looked and how it was perfect for me. It felt light and was several grams under what it was supposed to be. I put in for a return, and these guys cancelled my return request, and won't answer any of my messages. They refuse to give me a refund on my money. I just have to say, if this is a professional business, its being run very unprofessionally. For one, they should be embarrassed for selling a fake coin. Any LCS worth its salt tests EVERYTHING that comes thru the door. Their reputation counts on it. Well, I'd give a pass if this was their first mistake, but after reading some more reviews on Ebay, this isn't the first time they've sold counterfeit coins. I left a negative review, but somehow they got it scrubbed. So I'm leaving my grievances here and elsewhere to hopefully let a future unsuspecting customer of theirs steer clear away from them to avoid getting duped like I did. They pilfered me out of $20, so I hope it was worth it to them and it costs them down the road a potential sale far greater. Karma Karma Karma, man. Don't do business with these thieves, there are more honest coin dealers deserving of your business.
