She knew how much my ring meant to me and what it meant for me to have it back. She advised me that my ring would be done by 6pm and I didn't expect to get a call back when it was done because she already told me what time. However; she did call me back right at 6pm to let me know my ring was all ready. Today when I went to pick up my ring, the lady that helped me, sorry I don't remember her name, was amazing as well. She was very polite, asked me how my day was, etc. When she got my ring she complimented me on how amazing my ring looked and how it was perfect for me. It felt light and was several grams under what it was supposed to be. I put in for a return, and these guys cancelled my return request, and won't answer any of my messages. They refuse to give me a refund on my money. I just have to say, if this is a professional business, its being run very unprofessionally. For one, they should be embarrassed for selling a fake coin. Any LCS worth its salt tests EVERYTHING that comes thru the door. Their reputation counts on it. Well, I'd give a pass if this was their first mistake, but after reading some more reviews on Ebay, this isn't the first time they've sold counterfeit coins. I left a negative review, but somehow they got it scrubbed. So I'm leaving my grievances here and elsewhere to hopefully let a future unsuspecting customer of theirs steer clear away from them to avoid getting duped like I did. They pilfered me out of $20, so I hope it was worth it to them and it costs them down the road a potential sale far greater. Karma Karma Karma, man.
