He went through a series of frame swatches until I saw one that set off the alarm bells in my head and left the painting in his care. I was more than pleased after receiving it back. Wonderful work, and also at a very affordable price for custom framing (the paining was stretched on gallery boards originally and not a common canvas size either). I can't really speak of the selection of art supplies as, as I stated, I know nothing of such matters, but the painting looks fantastic and Jim was great to work with. I bought the gesso product from a store that carries their products. I dont normally buy this brand…read morebut it was the only gesso left in the store. I asked the clerk if it was a good brand and they didnt know but we both thought " Its Gesso. What could go wrong?" Well, it totally went wrong. When I applied layers of Gesso it became broken apart and coagulated. It was as if it couldnt apply as it kept breaking apart, even after the 4 the layer and applied acrylic paint it still would come apart. It took me longer to prep my canvases because of this and I was on a strict time schedule because of a solo art show I was preparing for. I contacted them and on their site it said that they would respond to you in a few days. The only email I got from them was an automatic reply that they received it. This has been over a month now.

It was like a dream. They had screen printing products to simple erasers and pencils. The lady that was there that day was very sweet. Talked to me about any questions I had and what brings me here. I asked them to ship them to my home out of state as I was visiting family and did not want to try to take them on the return flight. At the galley I have previously used it was never a problem. They indicated they would package and ship them and contact me with the tracking information. 4 days later I had not received the tracking information so I reached out by email having originally confirmed they carried the local artist by email. I waited 4 days and got no reply. I then called and was told the paintings were transferred to the warehouse for shipping and they would need to contact the warehouse and call me back. 10 days since the purchase and still no tracking information. I emailed them to cancel the transaction and and disputed the credit card charge.
