It was a real adventure not knowing where this place was or which entrance to drive through. Ended up at the recycling area first. You can unload up to 350 pounds for $$22.00. More signage or people directing would be helpful but I realize every business seems to be understaffed or can not afford to do any more then they are already doing. I appreciate this service.

Despite the fact that he was bleeding all over the place the manager Will drove him to the emergency dept (in his brand new truck) and stayed with him and drove him back to his tractor trailer. Today Donny jumped in his truck and helped him unload a personal load of steel. Will treated him right on his load. These people couldn't be any nicer or more excellent. It is the kindness of these folks and the smile from women in booth that make this inconvenience a minor hitch in the road of life. While waiting for my husband, it started to rain. Eric came over to say Nancy offered to bring me home if I didn't have a ride. Im like a kid and enjoy coming to this transfer station because it is well taken care of. Thank you all!

We moved my parents from Iowa City, IA, to Cheney WA, and PODs was the most affordable and secure option. I will caution some, though. You need to have your plans solid, and not mess around with "what ifs." When you do, it is incredibly efficient. I can only speak to a home move, so I don't know how they might be with a business move. The entire expenditure was under $5400 for us, moving a three-bedroom house furnishings. With my elderly parents, who are most definitely on a fixed income, this was a blessing. Go ahead, quote other options, but I don't think you will find better. Just remember, have a solid plan, and follow it!

I was scammed with this company on two fronts. The biggest one that I've heard other people have had the same thing happened to them is that they tell you that they lost your container or that it hasn't arrived yet and they don't know when it will arrive and they end up charging Over $400 per pod as a storage fee. I had already paid them almost $10,000 for my move and because they came up with the above-stated and pretended to store my containers when, in fact they were lost, They charged me another $1600!!! That is just for storage because they also charged for delivery which I was happy to pay, but guess what they didn't deliver on time and they didn't even give me the proper notice that they were changing their delivery and pick up times. This company is a hot mess!!

It was not climate controlled as I had some items sensitive to freezing and thawing that were ruined. Also our brand new mattress was sitting in water while in their care. It has a large water stain and the side collapsed. The insurance is a joke. If your item weight 10 pound but was $6,000 they pay $6 (60 cents a pound). The claims "manager" is the rudest human I have ever dealt with. He denied that his company broke anything and said "we never drop anything". They dropped my desk on my wood floor splintering the floor. Then they closed the door in hopes I would not see it. I would not use this company. They are horrible to deal with and have no concern for your items or you as a customer.
