Absolutely horrendous treatment by the team supervisor. One of his movers was allowed to use the…read morerestroom which resulted in his urine flooding all over my bathroom floor. When the supervisor heard that I was on the phone with his boss he came out hot headed and threatened to throw my property out in the street. When I pointed out he'd just be paying for it because it's insured in the contract I signed with them. He then stormed off and had to have his boss call him to tell him to get back inside to do his job. This kind of blatant disrespect towards a client is unacceptable by any means. Not only did I never raise my voice or swear at him, he actually interrupted a conversation I was already having with my assisted living caseworker to throw this tantrum. I explained that it's common courtesy to clean up any mess you make and that if I had caused the mess I'd go to a dollar store for a mop and clean my urine off his floor. Apparently that's worth quitting and voiding a contract over, and threatening the private property of a client. Great job Ken, keep making your company look good. Honestly, if this is how they move a disabled person assisted by SLP out of HUD housing it's astounding to me they have a positive rating. I imagine it's the labor put in. They took several larger pieces in one go which sped things up. -Disregard owner reply. Literally nobody offered to clean the mess. I was told that they don't carry shammies or towels or mops and Ken explicitly said they would not return to clean the mess, after the super on the phone said the same exact thing. Do not believe the owner replies for a moment, I am the one who had to go get a mop and return to the previous property to clean it. The only reason I did it, is because if I didn't my caseworker would have had to. It's one thing to make a mess and then threaten the client and throw an actual storm-off tantrum, it's another to go into yelp and try to lie about what happened. Even worse every party involved mutually agreed that if you got urine all over someone's floor, accident or not, it's literally just common courtesy to clean it up. They simply refused to do so and asked stupid questions like "what would you do?" Only to have no proper response to "I'd clean it".

I had a used freezer we bought from a stranger that had to be defrosted once a month. I had a…read morebrand-new washing machine just over a year old, that was a water saver that cost me $750. Had to put 3 buckets of water in from another source to make the water level high enough to clean my clothes. It never spun the water out completely, so drying was over an hour. Buying new doesn't mean you get the quality you had been experiencing over the years. I went to Appliance Recycling with these issues. Came home with a super used freezer and used washing machine that works ten times better than what I had before. This washing machine spins out my water so well it only takes 30 to 40 minutes to dry the load of clothes. Energy saved. Freezer is exceptional. Didn't know how bad my old one was until I used this one. I think the appliances in the past were made with better materials and workmanship. I explained to the owner what I needed and he directed me to the machine that fit my needs. They offered me two different days of delivery so I might be ready for the installation and all went super. This is the kootenai County waste transfer station located on Ramsey Road…read more You enter off Ramsey Road, you drive over a scale, they give you a ticket with a barcode, then you go and unload your materials and then they weigh you again when you exit. If you're a resident and the dumping is residential dumping you shouldn't have to pay anything because you already pay for the service in your taxes. There's also hazardous waste disposal here, but I don't know what the process or procedure is for that. They have just open bins for cardboard and aluminum cans and newspaper. There's a large wood pile for trees, pallets, and wood scrap. For most just garbage dumping you're going to drive into the main building offload your waist and then exit. It's pretty quick and they work pretty efficiently, I've never had any issues.
