Once they finally arrived, their attitude was dismissive and uncooperative, showing a complete disregard for my belongings and my concerns. As they started the packing and loading process, it became clear that they lacked the necessary skills to handle delicate items. I watched in horror as they mishandled fragile boxes marked as "fragile," resulting in broken glassware and damaged electronics. Moreover, their reckless approach led to dents and scratches on my furniture that I had meticulously taken care of over the years. The level of carelessness continued during unloading, as my belongings were haphazardly dumped in my new home. Boxes were piled in the wrong rooms, making the unpacking process even more chaotic and time-consuming. To add insult to injury, several items were missing, including an expensive piece of artwork that held immense sentimental value. It's disheartening to think that a company that claims to provide professional moving services can fall so far short of delivering even basic competence. My experience with your company has left me frustrated, stressed, and now dealing with financial losses due to the damages and losses incurred. I demand a prompt resolution to this matter, including compensation for the damages, losses, and the significant inconvenience I have been subjected to. After reading reviews on several companies and getting some quotes, we decided to go with Washingtons Movers for our move last month from Seattle to Whidbey Island. I rarely give 5 star ratings--but owner Leland and his stellar crew--Josh, Josh, and Jose--were truly exceptional. We are in our late 60's, mostly living in houses over 3000 sq feet, so have accumulated lots of "stuff"--some heavy furniture and antique pieces, numerous paintings, several heavy outdoor statuary--including a large 3 tier fountain--as well as sets of outdoor furniture and multiple large planters filled with trees and shrubs. All arrived in perfect condition without any breakage. You won't find a more professional crew and their pricing was reasonable. They arrived on time, were all very courteous and personable, working diligently and quickly to get us moved. The crew never complained and kept positive-- even when asked to move a huge antique armoire several times from one floor to another, up a steep flight of stairs, as I tried to decide the best fit in our new location. You can tell they enjoy working together, and have a great sense of humor which really helped to reduce our stress with the move. I called Leland, and a few other more well known companies on yelp for quotes. Leland was utterly professional, and had answers for all of my questions. I had over a dozen-I like to have ALL of my bases covered. If you've ever had a move gone wrong, then you know how important this is. Parking, Packing, which entrance was most efficient-Leland had solutions for everything I had concerns about prior to the move. On move day, the crew that showed up was phenomenal. Leland, Josh, and Kyle moved like a well oiled machine. They clearly had a system for moving, unlike other companies I've hired before. That, and these guys are athletic. There wasn't any slacking the whole time, by anyone. Kyle and Josh lifted things by themselves that took 2 guys on the previous move several times. The move felt like it went twice as fast. I couldn't believe how careful they were, and how quickly and systematically they protect everything. Everything was padded, everything was safe. Their skill is apparent. All you have to do is look in the truck after they're done to see that these guys take immense pride in their work. You can't go wrong with these guys. During my inquiries of moving services, Leland (Owner) was very responsive with a quote and providing answers to my questions. Confirmed the move the day prior to the move. On the day of the move, Leland and Josh showed up on time to complete the move. Called me when they were leaving, and when they arrived at my complex. Both were very professional and showed great care in my items. What I was most worried about were my couches (reclining, so metal framed and very heavy) and a 75 gallon fish tank. They handled these like it was nothing! The only time these guys stopped was when we brought them some lunch and took a break. Pricing was very fair, and on par with other companies I received quotes from. Based off the information I provided, I was quoted for the weekend 4 hour minimum. All fault of my own, and being way less prepared than I thought, the move took about 7 hours. They even helped me finish packing what was left and provided some materials. I was definitely stressing, but they definitely helped relieve some of that stress and made the move as easy as it could have been (for me). Would definitely recommend them! Leland and his crew helped us move over the weekend. We could not have had a better moving experience. First, Leland and his guys helped me pack up the house. We had lived in this home for 17 years and it was a lot to manage. But Leland and his crew were able to pack up everything in about 4 hours. They were all helpful, personable and efficient. Our move date was two days after our pack date. The entire day went off without a hitch. Not only did Washington Movers do a wonderful job getting us into our new place but they made a stop along the way and unloaded everything we needed to put into storage. We needed a team to load professionally our 26' Penski truck as we prepared for a cross country move to Wisconsin from Bothell, WA. I got several quotes and Washingtons Movers were on par with the others. The deciding factor for me was hearing that Leland (the owner) works on the trucks, too. That told me they are a young and hungry company. From the time I first called for an estimate, to the completion of the job, I experienced nothing but professionalism, positive can-do attitudes, and efficiency. Background: I moved from a small studio with about 15 packed boxes and a few large furniture items including a bed and mattress. Leland and Joshua arrived exactly on time and moved my stuff into the truck very quickly (about 1 hour), and equally fast at the destination. They had no problems disassembling and reassembling my bed. They were friendly and professional the whole time and accommodated the needs of the apartment buildings I was moving to and from (loading dock keys etc). These guys were amazing. What put them over the top was when Leland noticed I still had clothes on my closets. I told him I didn't have room in my car. He offered to put together a wardrobe box which he had and pack it and move my clothes. No extra charge. Once we got to the property, they emptied the truck and then offered to empty my car.
