The nurse later asked me, "Do you want full face, or face and neck?" That's when I found out there was a price difference -- something the doctor did not explain to me. I only wanted my face done. I asked the nurse, and she honestly told me yes, the price would be lower without the neck. She was truthful. The doctor was not. Here's the thing: I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want the nurse to get in trouble with her boss for telling me the truth. I stayed silent out of kindness -- to protect an honest employee. And I ended up paying whatever the doctor asked me. But after I left, I felt being deceived, this is not acceptable. And it gets worse. During the actual treatment -- while the doctor was holding the device on my face -- she was on WeChat, talking to her staff. She was literally multitasking while performing an important procedure on my face. This is beyond unprofessional. It's disrespectful, careless, and frankly, I have never seen any doctor work like this anywhere. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects.
