The other cleaner (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job on my microwave (another tough one). She also went above and beyond even offering to clean the floors in the areas they worked in where she worried she may have made them messier - I really don't think it was possible to make them messier, but I took her up on her offer and she did a great job. My floors are beautiful but very difficult to clean, so I was very impressed - no streaks! She was also very conscious of not "overstaying her welcome" (for lack of a better phrase). This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. Out of blue, about two weeks ago, we started having major issues with this company including no-shows where the cleaners never arrived; we have the confirmation emails as well they sent us for these cleanings. On one of these days, I texted the company (who has read receipts on so I know they read them) letting them know no one arrived and we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged - we were super polite as we understand mistakes happen. Yet, they read those texts over a week ago now and never replied. Over the course of the last about 10 days, we have sent three emails to their main booking email address as well as Nancy (who helps with scheduling) to reschedule our cleaning that was missed and move around two other booking dates we had scheduled for the following month. No replies. No acknowledgment of the missed cleaning. No reply to us trying to reschedule it. Nothing. My husband and I are actually very confused as we have never complained about a single cleaning, never late cancelled, and have always paid on time. I was hoping to avoid this review and hoping a team member from Four Seasons Cleaning would reach out or reply to us, but now that over a week has passed, I'm not sure that will happen.
