She then had a look of annoyance on her face and just repeated louder "SINGLES OR DOUBLES" and I said "I'm not sure can you explain?" She told me to wait a minuet while she answered the phone that was ringing. When she got off the phone she asked again and I was flustered at this point. I asked her if she had an example, but she looked very annoyed but then the customer behind me said "it basically means you get one or two of the same photo". Arrived and the staff member did not have it ready by 7pm, and in fact, I was told the prescription would not be ready until tomorrow due to the pharmacy being too busy. I just drove from another town for nothing... again. This is the third time this type of service has occurred. Contacting Walgreens now to switch all our family prescriptions from Weis. Also, no longer using Weis as my grocer. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you truly need a dependable pharmacy.

I have written reviews before and they promised to make changes with complicated pickups. Nothing has changed. In addition, they are frequently out of medications. Also the configuration of the drive-thru was poor planning. You cannot even get out of there due to the incoming and outgoing traffic which also holds up the drive-thru line.
