All of the times I've been going there to receive my prescriptions, they've always been three days…read morelate. Surprisingly, this time, I was met with a very polite friendly young lady named Sarah. Of all the times I've been there, they've always seen my insurance card, nobody ever put my information into the system. Sarah took her time and did so and my medication was ZERO CO PAY LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE! I was wondering why was I paying so much for my medication when I never pay that much for it. And then to wait so long when I'm in pain. All of a sudden, the pharmacist wants to play nice with me. Oh no, it ain't happening with me lady, because I heard you back there forgetting to put the label on my medication and I was missing a medication and if I had not checked my bag, I would've gotten all the way home and not had the main medication that I needed. I'm not even from Maryland and I don't know my way around this place. Walgreens has caused me the biggest inconvenience ever and you owe me money for not checking my insurance.

They have the nicest cashiers, floor staff, and pharmacy workers. Great convenience as needed. I often get the great cash rewards. I'm still trying to learn how to use them. Every visit can't get thru without needing an associate to "fix" whatever it's not happy with. Even the clerk says the same. Then a promotion sale item doesn't compute in the finicky annoying machine. At least this visit the old person scooter didn't malfunction or die. I do like the grocery store inventory. At the end of the day, I'll keep going to my all time favorite Food Lion.

Arrived and the staff member did not have it ready by 7pm, and in fact, I was told the prescription would not be ready until tomorrow due to the pharmacy being too busy. I just drove from another town for nothing... again. This is the third time this type of service has occurred. Contacting Walgreens now to switch all our family prescriptions from Weis. Also, no longer using Weis as my grocer. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you truly need a dependable pharmacy.

I have written reviews before and they promised to make changes with complicated pickups. Nothing has changed. In addition, they are frequently out of medications. Also the configuration of the drive-thru was poor planning. You cannot even get out of there due to the incoming and outgoing traffic which also holds up the drive-thru line.
