I go in to be seen about my sinuses by time I go in I have a hearing test and other procedure the dr said had to be done before the insurance will cover something. So I trusted her. I get an mri of my sinuses and start this medicine regimen. I see her in 6-8 weeks to get results. I wait over 1.5 hours to see the dr to be give options of possible treatments. I contact the Drs after leaving with follow up questions before I decide if surgery is best. No response. I later get a bill for her to look in my ear. I really think their goal is to just get money. I will not go back. You feel like you just a $ Sign and they want to just get money. Hence why they over book and extra charge you. Do not recommend. read more

This review is for the receptionist. The receptionist here have very poor communication skills and lacks professional mannerism. We made an appointment for the first time and 2 hours before the appointment, the receptionist called us and said the doctor will be leaving soon and would not be at our appointment. I told her that I could come now but she said the might not have time for me. We made an appointment prior and then got the run around... this is the second time we have had issue with scheduling at this office. My daughter and my son both had a stomach virus and couldn't keep anything down so I called the office and notified them and asked if I could come and They said they were unable to see us so they rescheduled us. Later on I found out that the front desk had put in the system that we are a no show for that day. So when I was heading to our rescheduled appointment, I called to confirm the appointment, I was told my appointment is on another day - weird, but fine. I then showed up that day and was told our appointment was in fact the day I called in and not today.... They are so disorganized here and are not open to accommodating their clients. They wasted so much of my time and my kids both suffered while waiting to see a doctor. read more

Total waste of time. I've been to this office three times. The first two visits I waited for over an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. The third I left after 30 minutes and after telling the receptionist I was leaving and why they offered no apology. This office completely over books themselves. Dr. Azadarmarmaki has been caring for my ears and eustachian tubes for 5 years. I had hearing loss and was referred to her by an audiologist. She immediately diagnosed a cholesteaoma cist and performed surgery to remove the cist which also required follow-up surgeries. Throughout the course of many appointments she has provided thorough explanation of everything. She takes her time with each patient. This Dr. Roya Azadarmaki is a wonderful caring person and I would strongly recommend her for all your hearing needs. On May 16th of 2021 I fell off ladder and had several fractures to my skull in the back of head. As a result of the fall I lost ability to hear in both ears. The Doctor was patient and understanding and helped me greatly during this scary event. She performed Cochlear Implant surgery for both ears in August of 2021 and it was a miracle that I can now hear because of the amazing technologies in Cochlear Implants. I was deaf and because of her help I can hear. Currently now hearing with over 90% in just over a year! Dr. Nicole Richardson who is a wonderful Audiologist has been wonderful to work with and communication is great. My experience with them from Receptionist to all who are a support has been wonderful. I am so thankful of Dr Roya Azadarmaki and her front desk team for seeing my daughter at the last minute request of a worried mother! They made time for us even though they were super busy that day. Last time I've been here I've spent over an hour in a waiting room, my appointment was at 12.30, but I was only able to see a doctor at 1.45 pm. The visit felt a bit rushed, I believe because there were patients after me, who were waiting for a long time too.. The doctor suggested surgery, so I was hoping to talk about it a little, buI was in and out from the doctor's office in 10 minutes.. Dr Azad is amazing! My husband was referred to her for Eustachian tube dilation in January 2019 but she quickly realized he had a more serious situation. After his initial exam she ordered a CT scan and MRI of his sinuses and found a whole lot more. He needed immediate surgery. Dr. Azad saved my husband's life! ***DON'T GO TO 'Washington Ear Associates' I had really bad experience. 1. They make you come multiple times even for a simple procedure to RIP you and the Insurance Company, even for a simple Fungal Ear infection. 2. They will make you run to CVS in the middle of a procedure to buy medicine as simple as EAR cream etc. kind of third world clinic. 3.You will have to wait forever beyond your appointment time to see the doctor for 5 minutes, the reason being is they have 15 minutes appointment window, which only violates state and federal laws, even a simple yearly checkup with a physician should have 30 minutes between appointments. read more

I have never met a Doctor who was so passionate and skilled. My friend has been deaf since birth. Cochlear implant was done for her when she was young. After a decade it stopped working, no money to get it fixed or replaced. I've been a patient of both Dr. Azadarmaki and Dr. DeLorenzo for over a year. I was referred to them by a local ENT who could no longer treat my ongoing vertigo symptoms due to Meniere's disease. It's been a long road, but I'm largely free of symptoms due to their excellent care. Dr. Azad took her time with me so we could both best understand the causes of my symptoms and determine the best plan of attack. She was careful to exhaust all the less-invasive treatment options before resorting to surgery and ongoing medication. Likewise, Dr. DeLorenzo did a great job coordinating my care with Dr. Azad when it came to diagnosing the hearing loss that's one of my symptoms. Recently I was fitted for a hearing aid, and Dr. Delorenzo worked with me to get a unit that utilized the latest technology and also was within my budget.
