Her tone was so dismissive and condescending that I told her I would call another office. I called the McLean office and learned Mickayla deleted my request in the system! Haley, at the McLean location was nicer but after seeing the negative reviews on Yelp, I'm even more hesitant about this location. I was told to email the regional manager, Lauren, because she was in a meeting, although Haley told me she spoke to Lauren briefly. It all sounded a bit strange to me.

The baby oil provided no relief. The untreated itching got so bad over the next eleven days that I canceled my Christmas visit to see my parents. I saw Dr. Soltany on December 29, 2023. He immediately looked in my ear canal and removed some dead skin from my left ear canal. He prescribed the right medication for both my ear canals and thoroughly answered my question about next steps. My visit with Dr. Soltany definitely was worth the wait.

When I scheduled my appointment I decided to go with Dr. Rachel R. Colquitt (she is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) which turned out to be a great choice. I found that she is kind, patient, very knowledgeable, and is always ready to answer any questions. She explained the whole physical process to me and once the physical started every check she performed, she explained to me why it needed to be done and how I could do the check. In the end I have no issues with my experience here and plan to continue to go here and use Dr. Colquitt for my general health inquiries, issues, and check-ups unless something changes. #HealthyIsTheNoMoneyFor2014

When I called to inquire about walk-in availability, the male receptionist who answered sounded as if he was half-asleep and was very difficult to understand. I genuinely could not make out what he was saying, so I politely asked him to repeat himself. Instead of clarifying, he responded in a blunt and dismissive tone. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. To top it off, right as I was wrapping up the call and saying "okay thank you," he hung up on me before I even finished my sentence. That lack of basic courtesy left a really negative impression. Again, I have no complaints about the doctors or the actual care, but the attitude of the person answering the phones makes a huge difference in how patients perceive the office. First impressions matter, and this one was disappointing.

I was able to get an appointment real quick with this place. The whole experience was great. We had a 2:30pm appointment and was seen right away, very little wait. Our wait was basically them scanning my stuff because it was our first time there. The lady we saw was really nice and my son clicked with her very quickly. For reference my son is 2 years and 9 months old. He was entertained during the test. We knew the results right away and know what our next steps are.

Nurse practitioner Callie was so sympathetic and quick about everything. I was so sick that I had several embarrassing issues while in the office, but left for the pharmacy within a very few minutes. I dreaded taking paxlovid but had rec'd a nausea shot in the office. I lay in bed like a zombie UNTIL: at 1 AM, I got up to wash my face and my awful symptoms were gone! Because they are closed for 1.5 hours Monday through Thursday (they don't work Fridays) it is hard to get in contact about information not only for the patient but other offices. They place blame on others or even myself rather than be accountable for their lack of communication. My husband sent a sperm analysis and called to confirm and it took them 2 months later after I called with concerns for them to address it. I had to be the one saying we need to monitor my follicles to see if my body is reacting to the letrozole. When asked if there is any vitamins or supplements to support my health for reproduction, their response nope just pre-natal. The only positive about this office is Kessie and the nurses who draw blood. I would not recommend this practice unless you have the flexibility in your job to change your schedule around to be seen or even heard.
