The dentist and assistants are excellent! However this business prioritizes profit over anything. They have 1 dentist working per day and will triple or quadruple book patients, so that each time I come for a filling, i end up waiting 30min or more to be seen. The dentist is so busy she barely has time to grab a few bites from a chip bag before she has to keep seeing patients. And they charge TOP DOLLAR for fillings. The front desk staff are also pushy when it comes to booking appointments and services. read more

Update: after getting a complete run around from this office and being told "my account would be reviewed" and then nothing happening I finally got my bank involved and disputed the charge. My bank was great helping me get my money back. I never received an apology from this dental office or an explanation. I'm moving out of state very soon but have been wrapping up as much dental work as possible which means I've been to Washington Dental and encountered many of the staff members more than is ideal (for dentist office visits). The care level of the team, from front office to Dentist is top notch. Even though I'm moving (just a 35 minute plane ride away) I will definitely be coming back for dental care. The office staff seems to be a staff member is assigned to each patient. She and I haggle pricing for services.. It was explained that my dental and only covered extraction, cleaning and dentures. Since my situation was more than that, the balance would be out of pocket for bone graphing.... There was one tooth that was very painful and difficult to pull. The pain was connecting to the back of my left eye... I had suggested that this tooth be the last one to pull.... The appointment on last Friday, one of the Ganji Brothers pulled all remaining 4 teeth giving me something that I had to breath through. He successfully did 4 extractions.... The pain still there which required additional needles. The areas were bone graphed and given stitches. When the procedure was done the office rep is now talking about something that was not understood after having this procedure. This was an unapropiate time to talk with the patient. Patient come in today February 15 and told I have to pay 1300+ dollars for a service that I had already told them on more than one occasion, that I was not going to pay it. Called my insurance provider and discovered the additional service was included. Bone graphing is not. A loan was taken out for what wasn't covered. The office rep told me today, my insurance was not a part of their network and that since I wasn't willing to pay for the service I had already stated that I would not pay for that I would not be treated. I didn't owe them anything because they have already been paid... And I can take it up with the loan company... I left Washington Dental @ 500 Carson st, in Carson with stitches still in my gums that the office rep said they needed to be removed by one of the Ganji Brothers because unlike the other stitches these did not dissolve.... SHE WAS BOLD FACED LIAR who is taken advantage of seniors.. Maybe they get bonuses for bringing in client. WASHINGTON DENTAL DESERVES A DEDICATED STAFF THAT WILL REPRESENT THEIR COMPANY WITH COMPASSION AND RESPECT. read more

The staff is unprofessional with handling urgent care needs and care only about money. I was in need of a surgery to remove my wisdom tooth, and they booked an appointment assuming my insurance covered most of it plus required a full payment of a deposit. However, it turns out the oral surgeon did not work with my insurance so I canceled the appointment and this dentist office KEPT MY $1,800+ DEPOSIT FOR MONTHS even thought the surgery was CANCELED. Went to small claims court and the judge ruled that their contracts breached the dental code of ethics. So much unnecessary pain & suffering with 4 month wait to get my full deposit back, plus the court was very stressful. Do not consider this dental office for major expensive surgeries and research before paying any "full deposit". read more

I needed a new Dentist and a friend recommended me to Washington Dental because we've both had similar bad experience with dentist so I quickly made an appointment. Upon checking in I was greeted with 2 friendly faces, Karen and Martha, i already knew I was in good hands. I didn't wait much before they took me to the back.They started with X-rays then the Dr came in and gave me a treatment plan. I was happy I only needed a few fillings and a cleaning. The entire staff is fantastic, Karen gave me a breakdown of what the insurance was going to cover and what out of pocket was. I'm also glad they were able to accommodate me to get a cleaning done at the same time Dr.Faena is a great with gentle hands.
