I went in for a consultation 3 days ago and I was helped by the whole staff. I felt comfortable and like I was going to be taken care of with good heart. I was scheduled to come in for an extraction on one of my broken teeth and I was nervous. Ashley and the entire staff helped me calm down and when Dr Petcu came in to extract my tooth, he gave me words of encouragement and informed me I would not feel anything. He did not lie. I was numb amazingly well and I was able to survive the extraction. I highly recommend coming into this office and getting your teeth taken care of. I know I will be going back again especially since they are the most friendliest office I have ever stepped foot into. Thank you Dr Petcu, Ashley, and all the staff in the office. They're bait and switch technique not only upset me but wasted my time, then tried to talk me into a payment plan. It's one thing to make a profit but it's a completely different thing to try to rip somebody off with a extremely over priced rate. Don't waste your time unless you have the money to burn. There's plenty of Dentists in the South Bay and it shouldn't be too difficult to find out if a better rate this cost-effective. At this point I'm seriously considering a trip to Mexico which is way cheaper with very qualified Dentist.

I had a consultation appt where I asked for metal retainers and to get a mold fitting. Then a week later, my retainers were ready and I returned to make sure it fit correctly. The retainers were perfect. Dr. Noguchi and his staff were kind and had a pleasant personality. The appointments are on time and quick, you're not waiting for a long period of time. There is a parking lot where it seems like you have to pay, but you don't have to pay if you get your ticket validated. Overall, a great place to go if you need braces or retainers!

Upon arrival, we followed the office's request to call first, and we were welcomed in right away. The nurses and doctors were ready for us, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting.
