Thrive has been the best and most caring orthodontics that I have ever been to. The doctor and staffing are all amazing and always making sure I am well taken care of. I have been to multiple dentists but no one does it like them. They are patient and kind, and let you know a few days ahead when your appointment is coming up! Disappointed!!! This office never give consideration on client's side. I asked to reschedule my daughter's appointment but their next available appointment will be in 2 months? Wow!! Then I asked if I could keep the appointment instead but will be late at least 30 minutes as my daughter cannot miss her school this time if possible, but they did not give me consideration as 3:30 pm is their latest appointment according to that lady in office. I have had two appointments scheduled and two appointments cancelled by this office, and both on the day of the scheduled appointments. The most unprofessional business I have encountered. There's obviously a lack of consideration for others time because I have rescheduled my work appointments ahead of time just to ultimately flake on them the same day because of this office's last minute cancellations. It is no coincidence that both days they have cancelled. It is definitely poor organization with appointments. They are not deserving of the one star yelp forces you to give. And to think, I was going to pay out-of-pocket costs to this place! I will take my capital elsewhere! read more

The dumbest ortho in the southbay. Braces are a science. Doctors know how long it takes usually to correct problems. It doesnt take three going on four years to correct a bite. Dont waste your money on this orthodontist. Do your research. The office is rude, it's only open certain hours, and nothing can be adjusted on your braces on time. This place is just looking for payments. After getting you in, the only priority is when will you make the payment. I paid a few months in advance and told them to let me know when the next payment and appointment was. never got a response. I finally had to call today just to book and appointment and check on payment. In the beginning, they called you non stop about getting braces and making this a painless process. After your in, it's just about the money. My son has not had his braces adjusted or looked at since October. I wonder what would of happened if i didn't call.
