I've been coming to Care Dental Center in Carson for 7 years and the staff and quality of service are the reason my family has stayed patients for so many years. My wife, three girls and I all receive our dental care here and we've always been treated like family. The front desk ladies Jenny & Esme are always welcoming and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone and genuinely look out for our health and our wallets. Dr. Alex has been our kids' pedodontist for many years and I highly recommend him. He's very informative and does a great job keeping my kids comfortable and at ease. Dr. Hayden has been my wife's orthodontist throughout her Invisalign process and has provided excellent service as well. The entire dental team including Johnny, Gabby and the many staff members have consistently provided great care. They're always professional, courteous, great with the kids. Highly recommend Care Dental Center and their amazing team! read more

Care Dental has Great customer service. I'm always satisfied with my service Johnny was truly gentle with my cleaning and the Front Desk staff were excellent 100% recommend !! read more

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this place. The front desk staff was pleasant and had good customer service, but the dentist was the complete opposite. He was dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and clearly had no interest in actually helping me. I came in for one simple reason: to close a VERY small gap. Instead of discussing my options or even attempting to help, he flat-out told me it "couldn't be done" because the gap was too small. That made absolutely no sense considering I've had the exact same thing done before. It was very obvious to me that he simply did not want to do it. And just as I suspected, I went to another dentist who was able to do EXACTLY what he claimed could not be done. So clearly, it wasn't that it couldn't be done...HE just wasn't willing or able to do it. There is a difference. If you don't want to provide a service, say that instead of dismissing a patient and acting as though what they're asking for is impossible. The attitude and lack of effort were completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. There are too many dentists out here who will actually listen to their patients and try to help them. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I definitely will not be returning. read more

Dr. PETCU, his patience and professionalism makes for a GREAT dentist.. Jenny, Clarisa and the staf at Care Dental are a pleasure to work with. read more

Staff is friendly and location is clean. I have gotten a crown done here before (2yrs ago) and they did a good job. I recently needed a root canal and I truly don't understand why this place is so expensive. They quoted me around $2,300 dollars. I have good insurance but after insurance they told me I would still owe over $1,000. I just went to another dentist in Torrance and paid under $300 for the same work. I don't know why the price is so off but this place might be overcharging patients. Make sure to get a quote because I can't believe the difference in price. read more

I've been coming here for about a year, today I was helped by Dr Luis & Jenny, both were very professional and helpful. Jenny was amazing, so kind. She gave me insight into the procedure of wisdom removal and worked with me on getting that set up. She made the experience a 10/10 and helped calm my nerves about it, Dr Luis, he had me in and out in a quick amount of time & walked me through what he was doing each step. I definitely recommend coming here and asking for them both. Very great service. Thank you again! read more

When it comes to dental work, I am not afraid to say I cry and get major anxiety. This has absolutely changed because of this office. I went in for a consultation 3 days ago and I was helped by the whole staff. I felt comfortable and like I was going to be taken care of with good heart. I was scheduled to come in for an extraction on one of my broken teeth and I was nervous. Ashley and the entire staff helped me calm down and when Dr Petcu came in to extract my tooth, he gave me words of encouragement and informed me I would not feel anything. He did not lie. I was numb amazingly well and I was able to survive the extraction. I highly recommend coming into this office and getting your teeth taken care of. I know I will be going back again especially since they are the most friendliest office I have ever stepped foot into. Thank you Dr Petcu, Ashley, and all the staff in the office. I wish I remembered everyone's name but I truly thank you for being patient with me and handling my cry baby self with the best care. 5 stars truly read more

I would like to share some feedback regarding a phone call I made to this office about a week ago. Not only was the front staff member I spoke to extremely rude and not helpful. They said I had to wait 14 days to get some x-rays sent over to me. mind you I am in pain and this is not convenient at all as I'm trying to get a second opinion because they are trying to do bone graft on a wisdom teeth which makes no sense at all. The total cost they were trying to charge was $3,000 with PPO insurance I was looking at almost 2,000 ! Insane right? Anyways, I'll be transferring to a different office without delay. read more

Care Dental Center - General Dentistry Near Me - Carson, California

WARNING: THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! First appointment was conveniently a safe day walk-in which I greatly appreciated. Upon speaking to Dr. Chang, he recommended bone grafting for one tooth and wanted me to see their periodontist for confirmation. I had questions in between and contacted the office more than 6x within the month, and the price manager not once returned my call. Frustrated, I still proceeded to schedule the appointment with their periodontist and showed up. Dr. Baseer basically said I had 2 options and the home getting was up to me. That 10 minute chat costed $150!!?? They then proceeded to draft the cost plan for a bone draft and final crown, and the total was $20,000!!! General dentists are certified and trained to do bone grafting so I have no idea what they're thinking. I went ahead and found a crown specialist who quoted me $4000. AVOID ALL CARE DENTAL CENTERS AS THEY'RE IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND SCAMMING PEOPLE. EITHER THAT OR THEIR DENTISTS DIDN'T HAVE THE SKILLS AND COMPETENCY TO DO BONE GRAFTING. read more

Great customer service! Esme at the front desk always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. I'm very afraid of dentists and dental work, but the team here always helps me feel comfortable and at ease. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they show every visit. read more

I called about a front tooth replacement and over the phone they gave me a price of roughly 8 to $900 However, once i got there and they did their assessment with x-rays they wanted to charge me $5,500 for one front tooth. They're bait and switch technique not only upset me but wasted my time, then tried to talk me into a payment plan. It's one thing to make a profit but it's a completely different thing to try to rip somebody off with a extremely over priced rate. Don't waste your time unless you have the money to burn. There's plenty of Dentists in the South Bay and it shouldn't be too difficult to find out if a better rate this cost-effective. At this point I'm seriously considering a trip to Mexico which is way cheaper with very qualified Dentist. read more

We absolutely love our dentist, but when it came time to look for an orthodontist, I wanted a second opinion after my daughter had already gotten braces elsewhere. That's when we found Care Dental Center -- and I'm so glad we did! From the moment I called and spoke to Jackie, I could feel the warmth and hospitality. Then, when I visited the office and met Clarissa, Miriam, and Kim, the service was truly phenomenal. Everyone was kind, patient, and incredibly professional -- they made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Because of that experience, I decided to go forward with Invisalign for my son. They've already started the process and have begun ordering everything we need. I genuinely told the ladies that I'm excited to see them each time my son comes in for his ortho appointments -- that's how good the vibe is! If you're looking for courteous, attentive, and high-quality service, I absolutely recommend Care Dental Center. They've made this process easy, smooth, and even enjoyable! read more
