The First time visit, I waited 30 mins to get in, doable, 2nd visit I waited 1h 15min, I spoke to the receptionist, she claimed I can come early so, by then I can be taken in on my desired time, My appointment was 12:30pm, its been 1:29pm, I am still waiting. they book too much patient, made patient wait, no quality service, by the way, I had my 2 front teeth filling, I am very disappointed how it has been done, slant! THESE ARE MY 2 FrONT TEETH!!!!!there was no finishing touch, the filling feels rough inside and out. No quality of service, very very slow, and they make their appointment schedule every 30 mins and each patient service is 1-2 hours. sometimes theres 2 Dentist but at least book less so you can give quality service and take in patients on time. Very disappointing. Do you see how the fillings in the front teeth and space slants? it looks like theres a piece of meat or cement filling in the upper part near the gums between my 2 front teeth. Terrible. Where is the aesthetic part? They need to respect their clients time as well as i work 3-11. I was there early hoping i will be taken in right away but its 2 diff waits from the outside, reception to inside, while you are seated in the dental chair.. I've been really patient with this location. I had several fillings done and the taller thin doctor did a good job with my fillings. The shorter doctor worked on one of my top fillings which I had a horrible experience with. She gave me the numbing shots and proceeded to talk and talk with the assistant. She then went to attend another patient. Then came back and gave me another set of shots because she took so long chatting the numbing went away. When installing the filling she was rough, so I went through pain. The filling began to fall out after two weeks. Now I no longer have the insurance I used and they want me to pay for xrays again for something I already paid for. I spoke to Maria and she said I should go somewhere else because now I have medical. Sorry, but I don't think this is right. read more

I have been going to Dr. Labrador's office for over ten years. At first, the work was done very professionally--good quality, efficiently and respectfully. But that is no longer the case. If you want a practice that respects your time and is professional, look elsewhere. In the last year, I made three appointments. I had to leave the second time because I was sitting in the chair two hours after scheduled appointment and the Dr. was busy. I was told that there was only one doctor available. In the past, it was a long wait also--one doctor or not. I have spent entire Saturday mornings in a full waiting room. They overbook and make patients wait hours. They do not respect their patients' time. I had to leave the second visit without my scheduled cleaning because I had plans for 3 hours after my scheduled appointment and would miss my plans. I learned to make appointments that were at their opening time and to be there first, otherwise, it is hours or waiting. Even being the first, I waited over 45 minutes in the chair to see the dentist today. The last two times I was there, I saw two different doctors and the same dental assistant ( the DA was an older Latina lady with a mix of gray and faded blonde hair). Dr. Labrador has a great bedside manner and does great work but you don't know who you are getting when you book an appointment. I do wish Dr. Labrador, the supposed owner of the establishment, established and maintained a more respectful environment among her staff. While my teeth were being cleaned, the dental assistants continuously talked about me accusing of poor dental hygiene after I had already told them that I kept up with flossing and brushing. I am sure many people lie about such things but I didn't and Dr. Labrador stepped in and disagreed with the dental assistant's accusations. The conversation and accusations shouldn't be happening at all in a professional practice--lie or not. I just left my last appointment--I had fillings done and had an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The dental assistant, the older Latina lady with gray/blonde hair in charge of suctioning was engaging in side conversations with the dentist and others and not suctioning the spit properly. I had to swallow during the procedure several times which clearly bothered her as she pulled the suction tub strongly tugging on my lip three times every time I swallowed on my own as if she was trying to hurt me intentionally. That happened several times--completely unnecessary, unprofessional and bizarre. There is no rationale for tugging at my lip three consecutive times with the suction tube and much less more than five separate occasions. The dentist (not Labrador) but another Philippina doctor held my mouth open with her fist when my mouth would get tired as she gave my jaw no breaks and gave me zero indication how much longer each stage would take. Again, I kept hearing them stress and talk about how they only had one doctor today and couldn't take care of things that were coming up. I also asked the dentist one question, I kept overhearing the 70-something year old gray/blonde dental assistant say that I was told that information last time. My question was not answered by the dentist. I don't care how many times a question is asked, it should be answered. I have been to dentists all of my life internationally and at different American dentists and never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism. As I was walking out, I was looking in the mirror and the older Philippino dental assistant male was pointing directly at me and whispering to the other dental assistant. Children are taught that is rude...a grown 60-something year old male that is a supposed professional doesn't understand that? I am no longer coming back to this practice. They act like they are doing people a favor instead providing a service. The mean girl culture is completely unnecessary, unprofessional and just a shame. Dr. Labrador needs to set a higher standard as her dental assistants and the doctor that helped me on August 20, 2024, are unprofessional and are the reason I will never come back. Scheduling also needs to be improved to respect patients' time. Who has an entire day to waste waiting for the overbooked and understaffed office? Not me. I am also a professional in charge of a team and it is my job to set and uphold a standard even if it means replacing ineffective employees. Good luck, Dr. Labrador. Your practice needs new assistants and a new partner. My parents have also stopped coming to your office due to similar unprofessional experiences. My mom told me not to go back the last few times but I didn't listen. I will add that the receptionists are always cordial, respectful and a delight. read more

Have you ever watched the Dentist (1996) it was a horror movie do yourself a favor dont watch it. I was 7 years old when I watched that movie. Since then I've had a fear of the dentist and have not seen them until now. Oh how ignorant I am to what real dentist actually do vs what hollywood will make you think. I was thinking they were going to need a jaw jack to get my mouth to open wide.. I felt silly asking the doctors those type of questions. I am 33 years old and still afraid but Dr. Lacson and the staff at Dr. Labrador's office made my fear go away. The needle they use to numb does not hurt at all.. the drilling, the filling, the cleaning it felt really good knowing I had all this build up and they painlessly removed them away. Excellent customer service and great dental work every time. The staff is amazing, friendly and always super helpful. You always feel like your in good hands. People whine about a little wait, but that is expected in every dental or medical office. I feel like like even if on a busy day, where they may be a wait, it is TOTALLY worth it, because once it is your turn, they give you the BEST QUALITY CARE they can provide. This is a horrible dental office in time management! They scheduled filling and dental cleaning for me but I was in the dental office for 3 hours and they only got the dental cleaning done! I was told to reschedule another appointment, this time I picked first of the day 2 months out so I won't have to wait. But I waited half an hour and they have not taken me in, and was told if I can't wait I'm free to walk away. Grrrr! This dental bunch for sure don't care about your time and don't care about your business. Walk far away! I believe they overbook to give a false impression of quality care and high demand, and as their way to manage no-shows since they have no appointment reminders. They will give you a lot of false excuses as to why you have to wait. They just don't care about your time. So don't waste your time and avoid the annoyance. The dental cleaning was mediocre, I have gotten better care somewhere else. I thought I'd try them since they are closer, work Saturdays and take my Delta Dental plan. But they don't value your time. This review is based on what I witnessed: We were sitting in the waiting room watching television when an R-rated movie showed a couple engaged in sex with female frontal nudity and backside male nudity. No one behind the desk seemed to hear or see what was happening on screen. I went to the desk to request they change the channel. One lady was talking on the phone. The other staff were gone. I attempted to change the channel myself but nothing worked on the remote for me. My boyfriend notified the front desk lady of the television contents "...it's an R-Rated movie with nudity", when she finished her phone call. She in turn decided to turn off the television because she couldn't figure out how to change the channel. (Whew, I thought it was just me who couldn't figure out the remote!) That's my first complaint. The second complaint is that we arrived on time for his 2:30pm appointment. It took a long time for them to call his name. I waited and waited and waited for a long time in waiting room while they worked on his teeth. Apparently they had him waiting after the X-rays appx 4:30pm. He reminded them he hadn't been serviced yet, then they immediately started working on his teeth. It's like they forgot about him. No bueno. They had a lot of patients..."patient" being the operative word here because you're going to wait a long time for service. So, maybe it's worth coming back to...I don't know. I don't think so. The reason we were there because my bf had a toothache. Turns out they tell him he was supposed to return last year for crowns. BUT, when he called to schedule the return appointment they didn't have a record of him needing to come back for additional work. Fast forward to today, he now needs a root canal. Yes, he could've called in 6 months ago for a routine...but you know guys. Routine dental care is on the bottom of the to-do list. But, getting crowns and oral pain are not routine. Like I said there were several patients there so they must love the service. Maybe this is just one bad day for us and the rest of the time things are peachy? read more

I am very unhappy with this dental office. Went in June then was told to keep my eye on my EOB that would come in mail. I placed a call in July beginning and also end of month trying to find out if this office wanted to do the work. I think they realized maybe they were not going to get as much money from insurance cause the last thing that was told to me is they never received anything from my insurance co. When I asked how long should it take to hear something 4-6 weeks. Well do the math they had already received the information regarding insurance payments that they would receive.Terrible customer service! And if I was to call today I would probably be told you need to wait for your insurance company. This is not how you practice dental work that's for sure. read more

Dr. Labrador and her staff are outstanding. They are open on "Saturdays", makes it very convenient so that I don't have to take-off work during the week. Her office is always FULL on the weekends, but my appointments are always on-time. I have done a walk-in during the weekend and waiting isn't that bad. They always put the effort of taking care of me as fast as possible, considering that other patients were there beforehand. There are a lot of walk-ins on the weekend, its first come first serve, make an appointment if you don't like to wait. Office is open the rest of the week as well, FYI. I have to point out that the facility had some recent technology upgrades with the dental equipment. When I had to update my X-rays, it was faster, it was "digital". They now provide patients with computer displays on every chair so that you can see the current status of your dental health. I can now point out where it hurts, then they fix it. They are able to show me problem areas on the screen, then they fix it. They can do it all, root canals, cavity fillings, deep cleaning, crowns and provide cosmetic consultations. They have always provided good advice to maintain my entire family's dental hygiene. We appreciate all the service that we have received throughout the years from Dr. Lab and her professional team. My brother and I have been coming here since we were in middle school. Dr. Jennifer is the best hygienist! And her staff are all amazing! When I didn't have a ride to make it to my appointment, one of her staff would actually pick me up from my house. :) but that was when I wasn't driving yet. I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctors and staff were great. I came in for the first time with a cracked tooth, and the doctor who examined me tried her best to save the tooth, but because it was cracked to nerve, she performed a root canal. I know what you're thinking: root canal, oh my god. I have to say, they kept me very comfortable. I have a very high threshold for pain, but tooth pain is a different story. They would not even touch my teeth until they were sure that I was numb. They were quick, and the results were great. I no longer have tooth pain, and I have future appointments for more work and more preventative care. This place rocks. Keep up the good work guys! read more

This place is great! Dr. Labrador takes care of my entire family. I can tell her goal is to help people rather than to rake in money. I went to other dentists before and every one of them tried to tell me I had to get different treatments for my teeth. The first time I came here, I told Dr. Labrador of all the treatments that were recommended to me and she threw them all out the window after examining my teeth. She said I did not need such treatments and saved me a ton of money. The staff is friendly and once they get to know you, they treat you like family. However, I recommend coming on the weekdays because this place is so packed on the weekends that you're going to have to wait at least one or two hours. In my experience, I've found Dr. Labrador to be professional in her work, but what dentist isn't? My main complaint is with her staff. When I went there, their staff was not very welcoming and did not make me feel comfortable. I was treated like a number rather than a person IMO. The last straw was when my wife came in for the first time. They were impatient and rude with her. We didn't have our insurance card with us (our fault, I admit), but you mean to tell me that you can't figure out our insurance if we simply give you our personal info? Needless to say, that was her last time there, and we will be going to a different dentist. As mentioned, the Dr. Is fine, but why go here when you can go to a different place where you feel welcomed? I'm disappointed that a fellow Trojan would provide bad service. read more

Do not go to this dentist, the worst ever, and very deceiving. I went in for a root canal procedure because my tooth was killing me. They did the drilling down to the end of the tooth but then they said they couldn't finish and didn't tell me why. So they patched the hole in my tooth back up and sent me home and wanted to reschedule for another appointment. They never called me back to get the root canal finished, so I ended up having to go to another dentist. Here is the shocking part, the new dentist that I went to said that the previous dentist that started the root canal, (LABRADOR) couldn't find the nerve at the end of my tooth. The x ray showed several holes at the end of my tooth and looked as if some one was drilling holes to find the nerve but couldn't, which is why they patched up the hole and sent me home. My tooth was destroyed on the inside and had to be extracted after the mess Labrador had done. Just so you guys know, my new dentist said that a root canal should only be one day, so if you have to come back and they don't tell you why, something is very wrong. I'll attach a photo of tooth. I would not recommend anyone to go to this doctor, avoid at all cost. read more

When I use to go to Carson High School, I would skate all the way to the office to tighten my braces. The staff is very friendly, and they treat me like family. I came here to get my teeth cleaned by Dr. Labrador and she is very patient and nice and cleans your teeth very well. Also, when one of my teeth was hurting, I came here and was taken in very fast, and they figured out that it was my gum rather than my teeth which was great because I was suppose to get a root canal at some other dentist! Dr. Labrador is brilliant in her work! She is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about the health of your teeth. I always feel comfortable when I'm there. I've had a few walk ins where I needed immediate work (tooth pain, fillings coming out, etc) and they saw me right away and fixed the problem. The other doctors and staff are also great. Never rushed and always walk you through the process which is comforting. I'm also given options before they begin work which is important to me. They are busy on the weekends, but that's a good sign as other patients seem to be very happy with their service. I highly recommend this clinic! read more

Sure, I haven't experienced other dentist clinics but why would I go anywhere else when the office and treatment rooms are always clean and sterile with the staff friendly, professional and accommodating? The doctors and assistants are well-qualified delivering treatment with minimal pain (with the exception of circumstances calling for anesthesia!).
