I stayed at the Inn at WAC for two nights as a reciprocal member of Los Angeles Athletic Club. My local family- sister, mother and my young niece stayed with me. We all loved the WAC and now I will actually go to Seattle more often to visit. My mom has Parkinson's and the ADA room was perfect for her. We were also able to exercise her in the beautiful pool during the family time slot. I took a couple fitness classes and every instructor was incredible - my family especially adored George - who led the best and funnest dance class I've ever experienced. The food and drink was tasty in the lobby cafe, WAC Cafe, and Torchy's. The staff from the front desk to every floor's attendant and lifeguards to the security guard, were all warm and professional, with incredible WAC stories to share. The members were just wonderful and down to earth as well. The location also can't be beat. Pike's Place Market was only a 10 min walk away. WAC is truly a special place. If I lived here I would be a member!

Room was small & decent ! However note that: 1. Hotel itself is old. Elevator is very slow and requires atleast 5-10 minutes wait on each use. 2. Wifi does not allow VPN remote connection. MAJOR PROBLEM if you care about your security. I used my mobile carrier for internet access during the stay. Friendly staff. Amazon who invited me to Seattle chose to stay their guests here..

I have been going to the WAC for 20+ years and it has been 5 star service the entire time. This club is well worth the membership fees for many different reasons. First the athletic facilities are top notch, and rarely ever crowded. The restaurants available are really good and they have something for every occasion (Torchy's for something high end, Haggerty's for something more casual but still sit down and the 8th floor cafe for quality quick bites). The networking opportunities are endless and the membership support is quite strong. Even after so many years I still find myself discovering new benefits that come along with membership, definitely ask about all of the reciprocals!

The Washington athletic club is hands down the best athletic club in the state of Washington if not in the Pacific Northwest. Huge indoor swimming pool. Full sized basketball court quite literally fit for the pros. 3 floors dedicated completely to fitness. Steam rooms and saunas o plenty. Lemon juice water on tap everywhere. Conference room and a business center that would bring Donald Trump to his knees. A 5 star 5 diamond hotel on premise--private parking garage for members. World class service and anticipation of member needs at every step. There are also several top notch restaurants, a sports bar and a Spa, a men's barber shop on Shoe shine. If I had my way I would live here--unfortunately life and work in other cities prohibit this although I may attempt to actually live on site someday when I retire. I was fortunate enough to have access to this club through a friends of family membership as youngster and I recently joined under my own steam after having the pleasure of working with Max in guest services. I cannot say enough good things about the WAC!

Food in the main restaurant is A+, the bartenders are fun, and there is nothing quite like spending a few hours in the main bar at the WAC while shooting pool and watching Seahawk or Husky games.

When I went to cancel, I discovered they require what amounts to nearly 60 days notice, meaning I'm forced to pay for two more months of a service I no longer want at a price I never agreed to. If you're going to impose strict cancellation policies on members, the least you can do is give them the same courtesy of notice when raising prices. Poor form.

This is a review of the meeting rooms and catering food served during the events…read more Let me start off by saying this venue is not perfect. It has lots of room for improvement - some of which I will get into the details later. BUT! Compared to some of the other venues in this area, they are above average. Due to the nature of my job, I have been to several meeting/ball/conference rooms at various hotels all around the world. I participate in a monthly training at Bellevue Club, so even though I am not a member there, I get to use some of their facilities and catering food. They offer several types of lunch options. Mexican, Asian, Mediterranean, and American. The food quality tbh is just okay. But okay is okay! It is what is expected of food like this that is prepared for 200+ guests. I am not sure if they make their own desserts or not but I do enjoy their desserts more often than their lunch offerings. For example, Apple Tart (as pictured) was quite good! It was very sweet but the nutty flavors from the pecans and cinnamon balanced it out. I just wish that the food quality is more consistent. Some months, we get meats that are just way over cooked. Some months they come out near perfect. They have several meeting/conference rooms of different sizes and I have been in at least 4 different rooms. The room are clean and seats are comfortable enough. Projectors work and sound system is just fine as well. Zero complaints there. All the service employees I have interacted with have been very nice! I know there is a set minimum purchase for food/drinks to rent the room(s) but I do not remember the exact dollar amount. Based on memory, I did not think it was that expensive. Parking is free but they ask us to park at the Hilton parking lot, which is within 3 minutes walking distance. Just be careful - there are some designated parking spots owned by Diamond Parking. Do NOT park in these spots. You will be fined. I do not understand what Diamond Parking owns a certain number of spots inside of a hotel parking lot. Not cool! Bellevue Club also offers valet parking. I am not sure if this is only for the hotel guests though. I have not tried but I have interacted with the valet parking staff. They are all very nice and cool. That's about it! If you need to borrow a meeting room for 100+ people on the eastside, I can definitely recommend Bellevue Club.

Pro Club is hands down one of the best gyms, if not the best…read more It's perfect for you if you're looking for a place to truly transform your lifestyle. It isn't like typical gyms, it feels more like a gym-resort-wellness center. It has high ceiling and ventilation is great. It can get smelly if it's super busy but that's why I go in the morning. I also like how everyone just focuses on themselves and no one is judging or being "weird." It's like everyone working out on their own pace and no judgement. I also had no experiences of going to the gym. It feels daunting initially because there's so many machines and it's overwhelming, which is why I particularly wanted to get a personal trainer and I love mine. Ainura is wonderful, she remembers the body goals im after and she helps me with a workout plan that will help me. You can see photos of my 3 month progress as proof. I've also had to visit out of state gyms due to work and I can safely say... pro club still the best. Love the staffs, environment, aura, and my trainer. LASTLY, I know it's on the higher end compared to other gyms but the amenities make it up. For example, free classes of Pilates, yoga, Zumba, etc. Going to miss Pro club for the next 2 weeks since I'm traveling :(

The Ultimate Premium Paradise (If You Hold a Paddle)…read more Let me start by saying: don't let this visual rating confuse you. It's perfect. It's magnificent. It's bespoke luxury. But only for us. The minute I picked up a paddle, I realized I was royalty and that Bay Club understands true elite status. My every minor whim is their command. I casually mention the "squeaky old basketball courts" are a bit archaic and inefficient for our gentlemanly strategy? Poof!--they literally roll a glorious slab of semi-permanent, cushioned vinyl right over that outdated, varnished hardwood. It's absolutely chef's kiss. They paved over the past, and I got more nets! The acoustic-deadening luxury is unparalleled. Who needs to see wood grain when you can have industrial-grade linoleum that silences the ghosts of whatever irrelevant sport used to be played here? This is what peak performance looks like: endless courts, endless tournaments, endless "Zero-Zero-Two!" shouts echoing through the hall. We don't need to sweat like animals; we dominate from a neat 10-foot box with true finesse. And to those disgruntled, archaic hoop-heads lingering in the corners? Please, evaporate. Your sport is a relic, a shambling corpse, and the NBA is literally a joke propped up by shoe commercials and social media drama. The refs couldn't spot a travel if a player packed a suitcase, booked a direct flight out of Sea-Tac, and walked through TSA with the ball tucked under their arm. Did they take three steps? Four? A gather-step? Just carry the ball like a running back, nobody cares anymore! There are no rules, just chaos and unnecessary, vulgar sweating. Seriously, the puddles of "hard work" they leave are a public health hazard. Disgusting. The old days are gone, Grandpa. I hear other people complaining about cleaning staffs being cut? Or the weight room looking like a monochrome hospital ward? As if that matters. I'm too focused on my next dink to notice dust, and who lifts weights when you can master gentlemanly strategy? Thank you, Bay Club, for finally prioritizing true culture and paving the way to the future. Keep the vinyl coming! See you all in the kitchen! Fine print: (This rating is purely for maximum visibility, as nobody reads 5-star reviews. Attracting your eyeballs was paramount.)
