Stopped by to drop off a couple big bags of food for the dogs and cats today during these tragic times and saw the new facilities! Well at least the outside...wow great job it looks incredible. I will sleep better knowing these animals are feeling the love of the staff and obviously the community. Keep up the good work!!! Remember people even during these times of being locked in the house there are animals out there that won't receive the supplies they need. If you're not comfortable going to the store you could always order something extra on Chewy and drop it off in a collection bin. Most shelters have them set up outside. Look after all Gods creatures! In loving memory of Razz Desiderio 2004-2020. (The black and white dog in the pic)

The facility is beautiful and the staff is so kind! I brought my puppy here to get neutered because of the good price, and they kept me informed and were extremely personable and great with my pup. Thanks to all at the humane society!

My experience with this place was an absolute 100% positive experience. I have heard many horror stories, and I am sure they have their faults, but not with me and not when I went My little one wanted a dog and was begging for years and she demonstrated the responsibility. That was going to be her Christmas present. I was not keen on having an animal, and I had a scroll of requirements that needed to match for me to go through with it. I called first and they told me about Molly but was waiting for the people who asked them to hold her. I seen another dog on the website that I was more interested in at the time and I took a ride out. I went to look around and there was Molly...she was very sad. She was being held for someone who didn't show, and they let me take a walk with her. We were both kinda awkward and nervous. She seemed alittle bit happy yet scared. I asked her if she wanted to come over my house because there was someone who wanted to meet her, she seemed like she kinda wanted to go so I gave her back and said if really like to give her a shot if that was ok. I didn't know there was an involved process that could take days/weeks...Plus she was on some kind of expired reserve but they pulled strings and I did a lot of running back and forth and I ended being able to bring her home by the end of THAT day. They seemed to be selective Because other people were interrupting my time with her but they were focused on me and worked realy hard pulling strings to help me get her that day. She was perfect in EVERY way. Size, affectionate, temperament, beauty, doesn't slobber everywhere, makes little poopies, doesn't bark too much, humor...just everything and we love her soooooo much. She's the nicest thing that was let in my house....it's her house now actually...MOLLYs house, everything is hers actually because she's the nicest fuzzy soft cuddly warm baby zoo in the whole wide world! so I can't say anything bad about that place. 5 stars.

Do not go to this place if you care about your pet. Took my cat there, he had mats behind his back…read morelegs and she called and asked if she could shave those areas cause a comb would not work there,.. when I picked him up she complained my cat sprayed her with pee , When I finally looked at him all his fur was shave off head to toe, left some on his head, Vinnie my cat has Fiv and is a very sick cat, she shaved him like that to retaliate for him peeing, She said he did it on purpose, She's delusional,He's on a diuretic due to his illness and sometimes can't help himself. Had Vinnie at his Weekly Vet appointment the day before, Dr Sommerville in Wintersville, He and his staff removed some matting on his sides and I told him I would go to a groomer for the rest, He can verify Vinnie was not that bad.She was mean and hateful, very short with me, and accused me of never brushing my cat, I do several times a day. After I brought him home he was totally traumatized, I noticed some red marks on his side, I have a feeling she hit him, He's been hiding behind a hutch in his room all day and night, he's never done that before, Please if you love your pet, go somewhere else.

Call answered by Ai, don't call back Let my dog sit 3 hours…read more(at least) before starting his appointment 1:00, last one out at 5:00 while she took walk ins and finished them before my dog Charged $30.00 above published price with not much of an explanation ($100.00 is way too much for a small dog!) Tried to talk to owner who just gave excuses. The two walk in's cost $6.00 less than my one dog No satisfaction at all! If I could give minus 5 I would! Rachael is not a good business person, she has a lot to learn!

I went to Groomer's Touch for about 10 years. It was great when Jen was the owner. Now that Rachel…read morehas taken over it appears she not a good business person. I have stayed with her but now I cannot. I called the day before my appointment for my female Airedale terrier this week. She's raised her prices again and I wanted to know the price. She quoted me $85 which as a $20 jump but I accepted it. The morning of the appointment my girl came in with small burr seeds in her coat. I spent some time brushing her legs and belly as well as beard to remove the bulk of them, her torso too but it is quite short cut. My dogs are very active but given the dry hot weather (and fact I've showered them numerous times to cool them off) she was not that dirty since there's no mud to get into as she loves to do. I dropped her off with clipping instructions to take her a bit shorter on her legs. When I arrived to pick her up I was charged $107. This is the second time with has been done to me and this time it was a slap in the face given I called the day before for the price. (I was charged $20 extra another time for my boy which I thought was slimy business practices. Dogs are dirty, groomers clean dogs. That's your business, right?) I protested the extra charge. The girl said "I talked to Rachel, had to bath her twice and she was matted). Bull. She was not matted as I brushed her before I brought her. She shouldn't have needed two baths if she was bathed properly the first time. And she says the new cut took longer. If you don't know a proper groom for an Airedale that is your problem. You are dog groomers who should know your business. And she nicked Mina's private parts in the process. I met a woman right after at another groomers I stopped at on the way home who also used to go the GT with Jen but found Rachel's grooming skills and professionalism lacking. Long story short. I'm done. I will not go back. You're a business owner but won't be for long at this rate, Rachel. Ps. I just got off the phone with Rachel. Although I was told the additional bathe I was charged extra now is standard - she said and I quote 'we bath all dogs twice; b) that the $85 was just a 'base price' so any additional charges- beware! They can charge what they like. And then she hung up on me.
