Process from booking to, cleaning, to payment was all a breeze - no dealing with ubers / planning around not having your car etc. The technician was really friendly and did a good job - basic package inside and out with extra for pet hair removal. First time signing on to the website was a little bit challenging as the app wasn't working on my phone but once everything was installed it was easy to set an appointment and communication throughout the whole experience was excellent. My detailer Chris was very kind and nice and communicative, and showed up on time and was finished in a timely manner. My car looked as good or better than it did when it left the dealership. They just finished my black M2. Black is VERY hard to ceramic coat. Every little line, scratch, blemish shows up as if glowing. I visited the guys as they worked. The prep took over 6 hours. 6 hrs of work before putting any ceramic on. That's what you have to do to get AMAZING results like these guys did. I could tell they were proud of their work, the craftsmanship was impeccable. They have my wife white MDX next week and I'll review that seperatly, but my car is amazing - wait, AMAZING in all caps is better. Wow am I impressed. The owner came by and stayed to the end. Yeah, it's expensive, although not as much as PPF, but these guys are absolute pro's. I'll give a follow-up in a few months. But, so far, these guys are the best - sorry - THE BEST!!! read more

I got the Interior Express package and having 2 toddlers I paid a little extra to have the (3yr & 5yr) car seats steam cleaned as well and WOW they all look so fresh and brand new! I took before and after photos so you can see for yourself but he did an AMAZING JOB salvaging my toddler wrecked car! It was easy to book an appointment online and add-on the carseats cleaning. Christopher contacted me when he was on the way, arrived a little later than scheduled but let me know in advance (he came from the other side of the island to be fair so I didn't mind). The mobile service was awesome so I could tend to my kids at home while he was working outside. I had a final inspection of his thorough work, paid via the Washd app and was able to tip online too. pretty awesome...guy comes to my house, washes and waxes the car while i eat dinner and watch tv. very convenient service. but more than that - they do an amazing job! i had tons of bugs stuck to the front of my car from a long road trip...they cleaned it all up, washed it really well, and the wax restored the water beading that had been lost. when they left, no mess, no water puddles...just a clean and shiny truck. well worth the money and i will use them again in the future, possibly for an interior detail. mahalo! read more

I will make this short and not go into detail but the gist of my experience is that although I thought the cost for the service was pretty high (I was in a rush and went with WASHD because they were the first to respond and were able to come immediately. I contracted with them before receiving other responses and those prices were so much lower.) However, I am glad that I did go with them because when I told the owner that I was unhappy with certain aspects of the service, he immediately said that he would send someone to redo it the next day. My car was a mess inside and he made it look brand new. The quality of service for the price they charge is a steal! I got the basic package and that was enough for me.
