Today was my 1st visit to this poorly run laundry. Almost all of the washers, and ALL of the dryers require the use of the laundry card. However, the machines that issue the cards aren't working, and there was no attendant available. I got quarters, and washed my laundry, that's when I discovered that i could not use the dryers. Here today with my sister. No attendant On duty . Call the manager and said attendant was on lunch. So had to pay for a card with cash. So no free dry this is BS. He had no ideal when he would be back. My sister has a learning disabilities luckily I was with her. read more

This is the only laundromat I use for my large items. Its clean, spacious and the staff is always cleaning and offer good service. Sometimes homeless people are in there to get out of the heat, but the staff makes sure there is no commotion in the establishment. read more

Nice place. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Really big washers and dryers that actually work. Lots of machines. I will be back. As far as the negative reviews go, I notice that they are all pretty old. If that really is what the place used to be like it is vastly improved and it should be given another chance. read more

This place has really gone downhill in the last two years. 30% of the washers have something wrong with them. Either they don't work at all or it's cold water only the attendance that work here seem to be less than helpful and sometimes rude. read more

Not handicap accessible I can no longer use this facility, I've been refused access too the wall plugs too charge my ebike mobility scooter. If not charged I won't make it home. your battery goes dead you're stuck, Not a good thing for a electric wheel chair with worm gearing either charge it , or get a ride from someone with pickup truck and five average strength guys too load it up. read more

We went there early Sunday morning (4/11/21). The machine to add money on you card was not taking credit or debit cards. The woman working said the ATM was out of money. I had to go across the street and use the ATM at the CVS. There was no hot water for all of the washing machines. I have used this laundry several times and find they are very inconsistent. It's either very clean or very nasty, partly due to time of day and partly due to who's working. However, the thing that bothers me most is their goofy card. It HAS to be used in the washers and dryers but for candy, pops or laundry supplies you have to use paper money. I will never use this laundromat again. We decided to try this particular place because of their advertisment of clean facilities and games for the kids to play while doing your washing and drying. We went during a very busy time and it was difficult to find a machine to use. After washing my clothes, they all came out of the washer smelling like cat urine and had to be rewashed. Unfortunately there were no other machines available just one. So there I was stuck with wet, stinky clothes. I ultimately had to take them to another facility to wash them costing me money and time. Strike one. We were very disappointed to find most of the games were out of order or took our quarters. So while I'm having an issue with actually getting my clothes clean I'm also dealing with my child who is now upset because he can't play the games he was promised to play. Strike two. They also make you purchase a wash card. The machines don't take quarters, only the broken video games do. So you purchase the wash card, pay for using the machines that ruin your clothes and then are left with a balance on the card that you can't use unless you plan on returning to the facility, which I do not! So now I've got to wash card with money on it I'll never use. Strike three. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration and avoid this place at all costs. read more

Card system is horrible. Have to fight with it to get money on it or to check balance. Most of the staff is standoffish and rude, like they don't have time to deal with you. Hardly any place to sit down while waiting. read more

The guy who's here today was very very rude to a family all she did was ask him if he had a broom that she could use to sweep up the mess her baby made and he was just so mean to Her and her Husband he's wearing a red Rangers shirt and he was swearing around her children that isn't ok at all and than he thinks he has a right to move my laundry when my man and i are waiting so patiently for a dryer to be open so we could put our clothes and blankets in he could've at least had the nerve to put it back or at first ask us if that was OK he wasn't conservative of others he just has the worst attitude with other people and i am learning disabled read more

I came up here because i have heard so many good things about this place being well kept up , well when i get here 90% of the building has about 2 inches of water all over the place. !! All the employee did was bring a fan for the water as a customer than hot her towels and started putting them on the floor to help clean it up !! The customer got all one side cleaned and dried and left the other side for them employees !! Well i have washed my cloths and almost done drying them and the employees still yet has cleaned the other side !! And it's the side with the dryers so as people are pulling there DRY cloths out lord hope you don't drop any because it's falling straight in to a puddle of water. Never again will i come back here !! Yes the machine are good but that's crazy how a customer cares more for people safety more than the employees read more

Washers and Dryers are alright ... BUT, the "wash card" that MUST be used is NOT very effective. What do I do with the $9 that is remaining on the card? The lady working said "use it next time" .. well when you only came the one time that made me feel like I was robbed. There needs to be a way to refund the money that I PAID for this card to be refunded if it's not all used. read more

If I could put lower than 1 Star I would. Two loads of my laundry were stolen (mostly underwear) and other sentimental shirts and items and the management was no help in reviewing the tapes to help find out who took all my stuff.
