After the 2nd week came and went, we called to inquire about them. Was told told, " OH yeah, they've been ready". We never received a text or a phone call. My husband went to pick them up and was charged $44.00 for the absolute worst hemming job I have ever seen. There are gaping holes in each pair of pants on the inside and they just look terrible. He took a pair of already hemmed ones to use as a guide of what he wanted.... No where near what was shown. This is very disappointing and it looks like I'm going to have to learn how to hem. I'm no seamstress, but my mother in law used to be ( she was not able to fix these for us) but I am pretty sure I could have done a better job myself by hand and therefore we will not be using them again. I could understand the price had we asked for rush service, but it definitely wasn't rush and I'm pretty sure there wasnt even any length cut off.

This last time they damaged a workout shirt and took no responsibility for their actions. Even though the shirt was $70, I was hoping the owner would atleast apologize. Nope he has his employee call me and said I think webgit the grease out but the workoutshirt were not paying for. How about im sorry, apologize for the inconvenience.
