This last time they damaged a workout shirt and took no responsibility for their actions. Even though the shirt was $70, I was hoping the owner would atleast apologize. Nope he has his employee call me and said I think webgit the grease out but the workoutshirt were not paying for. How about im sorry, apologize for the inconvenience. I also decided to preserve my wedding dress with them as they offered better prices than the other wedding dress preservation companies and I am very pleased with that as well as they were very communicative and provided the services very quickly. The whole process took approximately 2.5 weeks.
