After the 2nd week came and went, we called to inquire about them. Was told told, " OH yeah, they've been ready". We never received a text or a phone call. My husband went to pick them up and was charged $44.00 for the absolute worst hemming job I have ever seen. There are gaping holes in each pair of pants on the inside and they just look terrible. He took a pair of already hemmed ones to use as a guide of what he wanted.... No where near what was shown. This is very disappointing and it looks like I'm going to have to learn how to hem. I'm no seamstress, but my mother in law used to be ( she was not able to fix these for us) but I am pretty sure I could have done a better job myself by hand and therefore we will not be using them again. I could understand the price had we asked for rush service, but it definitely wasn't rush and I'm pretty sure there wasnt even any length cut off.

I've always requested creased sleaves and light starch! Here is the issue, almost every shirt was creased only on one sleeve and not the other, and those varied in quality. A couple shirts with nothing and I do not believe any were even lightly starched. Oh, and here is the kicker, look at your receipt carefully. "There is a Env. Just within the last few years, my husband and I have both spent thousands of dollars on having our clothes pressed. We trusted Texas Laundry with our pieces for work, funerals, weddings, date nights and other special occasions. Now, we're on the hunt for a new dry cleaner. The attention to detail was thrown out the door within the last year. Inside my husband's latest pickup was a pair of Ralph Lauren Polo pants with new holes on the back of the leg. Customer service and basic courtesy high-tailed it, as well. There's a woman working the front counter and drive-thru, who has one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in my entire life. Everything is a bother to her... whether it's sprinkling and she has to come out and deliver your clothes or walk to the cash register to scan your credit card. The only great thing to come out of all this is that I no longer have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to drop off & pick up our clothes.
