The fee you're charging and then locking up endless amounts of small change on cards for the people to carry around isn't worth the effort. As a business, make the change. Further more, every other machine is broken. Who ever your maintenance agreement is with, switch to a new vendor. You shouldn't have more than one or two machines down at a time. I counted 14 while I was. That's lost business and on a weekend. The signs clearly have been up for a while leading me to believe the machines are being repaired poorly and damaging customers clothes which is what I see is called out in other reviews. I hope you're fixing the machines properly any time they break. The place is really directly. The floors are filthy. I came first thing on a Saturday morning and you can tell no one cleaned this place in years, let alone the night before. There is cakes of dust and debris on the floor. I was worried to drop anything out of machine risking it would touch the floor and I'd have to rewash it. Take down all the cheap paper signs and redo the bulletin boards. Have coffee somewhere in the vending machines. Do a coat of fresh trim paint to clean up all the damage. Remove the broken machine chairs in the kid area. Make that your coffee bar.

So we searched Yelp and saw that the reviews for Jess's was off the chart and so we brought our week's worth of laundry for their fluff and fold service. We've been there twice now. Facility Ultra clean, well kept. Professionally maintained. A/C is kept cold. Service Man...I mean women! The ladies here are sooooooooo super charming. I want to hug them all, but that'd be really creepy on my part. But seriously, the first time we visited I know they could tell we were not native Texans. But they didn't hold that against us like some people have. They truly went out of their way to greet us warmly when we entered, talked with us to see what we needed in such a nice manner, and said goodbye in the same fashion. When we came back to get our items, they were just the same. The second time was identical to the first. One of the nice ladies even remembered that my wife bought a new car and asked her how she was liking it. Wow, right? Clothes Their fluff and fold service is incredible. Everything is nicely folded. They have options for just about everything. We don't like heavy scents so we opted for their neutral detergent with fabric softener. Our clothes come out smelling neutrally clean, folded well, bagged up nicely, etc. What more could you ask for? Return visit? Not only do they have very large washing machines but the dryers are free. The service staff that was on site were basically miracle workers. If you come to this place on the weekend during the daytime, it is extremely packed. The parking is kind of limited but it is all their parking space. I was in and out with my entire house washed and dried within 2 hours. I was able to get back home put everything up and continue my day.

I was walking in just to dry my clothes since my drying machine doesn't properly dry my clothes out. When this guy's stand in front of me in the entrance and stops me physcally, puts a hand in my basket of clothes and says "We're close". I said "It's not even 9:59 buddy" [Sign says 9:59 "Last wash"]. I kept walking and since I guess he doesn't speak English, the guy just says "Ok" cause sign says 9:59.
