I've always requested creased sleaves and light starch! Here is the issue, almost every shirt was creased only on one sleeve and not the other, and those varied in quality. A couple shirts with nothing and I do not believe any were even lightly starched. Oh, and here is the kicker, look at your receipt carefully. "There is a Env.
