Swanky Ventilation keeps Texas attics cool, dry, and working the way they should.
Under the Texas sun, roof surfaces can hit 180°F and push attic temperatures past 150°F. That trapped heat radiates down into your living space, forces your AC to run harder, and slowly cooks your roof deck from the inside out. We fix that.
We specialize in professionally installed solar attic fans that pull superheated air out and draw fresh air in — all day, every day, at zero operating cost. No wiring. No added electricity. The hotter and sunnier it gets, the harder they work.
What sets us apart:
Premium fans only. We install 30W solar attic fans manufactured by The Attic Depot in Conroe, Texas — the #1-selling solar fan in the country. We will never sell or install cheap online or big-box fans.
Lifetime Warranty on every fan we install.
No Leak Guarantee. Our installs are handled by one of DFW's premier roofing crews, serving the area since 1997. Your roof stays leak-free for as long as you own the home or until you replace the roof.
Honest, transparent pricing. Straightforward estimates. No pressure, no gimmicks.
Exclusive savings for military personnel and first responders — our way of saying thank you.

Meet the Business Owner: David S.
Swanky Ventilation was founded by David Swayne, a seasoned roofing professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. After retiring from SRS Distribution, one of the nation’s largest roofing distributors, David set out to solve a problem he had seen throughout his entire career: most attics in America are not properly ventilated. In fact, over 70% of homes suffer from poor attic ventilation — leading to higher energy bills, reduced comfort, and unnecessary strain on HVAC systems.
With a lifetime spent in the roofing world, David brings not only expertise but also deep family roots in the industry. Both of his sons have built careers in roofing. Roofing isn’t just a profession for the Swayne family; it’s a legacy. As a devoted family man,
Driven by decades of firsthand experience, David founded Swanky Ventilation with a clear mission — to improve attic ventilation across North Texas and help homeowners enjoy more comfortable, energy efficient homes.
