I'm a physician in the area and took my white coat here and when I went to put it on, realized they left a large iron stain on my pocket and when I took it back to them, the owner refused to fix it without me paying them again... makes no sense to me why you wouldn't want to make customers happy, and fix a mistake that was made by your business. I dropped off my bedding to be washed and was told it would be ready Monday before 5pm. I show up at 4:30 6/1 and they claim to have told me it would be ready the 8th! I show them my receipt and remind them the note of it being ready 6/1 and they still insinuated I heard wrong that they told me the 8th. I would never leave my sheets over a week at a dry cleaner. They did not offer to push them through to be ready next day or try to reprimand the error on the receipt. Horrible horrible customer service. Never going back read more

BEWARE! This place will ruin your shirts and pants. I have taken several pieces to them for cleaning and starch and they came back with chemical stains and fuzzy stuff all over them. When I have brought it up to the owner, they deny it happened at their cleaners and didn't offer to re-clean them or even apologize. I tried them again, more out of convenience, with new pants and the same thing happened to the new pants. The lady who takes your order is super sweet but she can't do anything without the owners approval. It's a shame that their service doesn't match their prices. read more

I have been using this cleaners for many years. They used to do a nice job, but I'm over giving them "one more chance". I drop off clothes to have them laundered and starched. Three days later, I go pick them up and the jeans are all damp and the shirts seem to have no starch at all. I did get medium starch, but it should at least have a crease on the sleeves. On Thursday, October 13, I dropped off two dresses to be dry cleaned. One of those dresses was a purple cotton 'Cruise' dress, embroidered with the TCU logo. It had been worn once and was spotless. The pickup time was promised to be Friday afternoon, October 14. When my boyfriend picked it up, there were blue streaks and stains over the entire dress. The manager working at the time said that they did not clean it and that the dress was dropped off in that condition and that we would have to talk to the owner about a solution. There is a dry cleaning tag attached to the label and there are apparent signs that this dress was pressed in a machine, as the glue from the label fused to the neck of the dress. During a third trip to the business to speak with the foreign owner, we were again told that they did not clean it and that the stains were there when it was dropped off. We were yelled at and shooed out of the store. This is not just a cotton dress, but a very special piece of clothing to me... which is now ruined from their press and some type of cleaning fluid. I wish I could give a negative star. The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She ruined three shirts and when I brought them back to show them the large stains and scorch marks from an iron they took them back but returned them with new stains!!! . My wife and I stopped at your facility about an hour ago. In my car, besides my wife was my Shi-Tzu dog (10 lbs) and my German Shepherd (90 lbs). My German Shepherd was strapped down in the back seat to the seat-belt retainer and he could not reach either side of the car. Our Shi-Tzu was being held by my wife and could not get loose. I pulled to the drive-thru to pick up my suit and shirt. I gave the lady my credit card when she asked for it and she came to my window to take it. Coincidental to getting my credit card, she brought out my suit and shirt. I fully expected her to hand me the clothing. Instead she attempted to open the door (without asking) and that triggered our shepherd to bark and lunge AND the Shi-Tzu responded in a like manner. As always, the doors were locked and the windows closed. It startled your employee (to be expected). I gave her my credit card and she walked off to the cash register mumbling (loudly enough for us to hear) about "stupid people and their vicious dogs." Needless to say, that did not sit very well with me and I responded in kind. The confrontation ended with me yelling at her and calling her "stupid" and in her yelling at me and then telling me I had to "leave her business" and that I was "banned from her business" and that if I did not "leave immediately she was calling the police." She then THREW my credit card and receipt at me. During the argument she continued to call my dog vicious and calling me, stupid. Now, I should not have responded to her in the same way she was acting and, for that, I am deeply ashamed. However, you can rest assured we will not use your business again if I have to drive to the metroplex to get my clothes cleaned. I also suggest that before any of your employees open a customers door they do two things: ASK first and LOOK before doing it. Absolutely ZERO stars. Took my daughter's wedding gown to be steamed, in the bridal salon bag and hanger. They did NOT steam it - and then safety pinned it to two wire hangers. When I called to complain - I was told I could come get the hanger - they felt the dress was too heavy for the bridal shop hanger (that the dress had been hanging on for six months) - but I would NOT get a refund nor a credit. We were directed to this company by a bridal shop after speaking with the bridal shop - they will no longer refer business to them. read more

They don't even deserve one star!! Been taking my husband's work shirts every week for years and as he's getting dressed this morning, he notices small brown stains all over his shirt....looks at the others that were picked up same day and they all had the same stains. It looks like maybe from the press they use? I felt certain that they would make it right so I took the shirts back and talked to cheryl. She is the ONLY good thing about this place. She has worked there forever and is so sweet. So I showed her the stains and she said she would have to go to the back and ask the owner if they would clean them at no charge. Cheryl returns and said she was so sorry but the owner would not. I asked if I could talk to the owner so cheryl goes to the back again and I can hear a female voice start yelling at cheryl!! Cheryl comes back apologizing and said the owner refuses to come out to talk to me. I have been taking my cleaning here for over a year. The Manager Cheryl is the only good thing about this place. The Korean lady who owns it is horrible. She will run you out of the store if you even ask about a missing items. The store had my card on file and has made charges I believe are for nothing. Trust me, even if you have to drive to McKinney to have your dry cleaning done it is worth it They will lose and ruin your stuff and overcharge the heck out of you. RUN do not walk. read more

If i could give this place no stars, i would. My daughter's $200 letterman was RUINED!!!! I went to pick it up, her patches and the white stripes on the cuffs were PINK!!!! I wanted my money back and they told me no, they would clean it again. When i went back to pick it up, it was in worse condition. I tried to take it to another cleaner to have it fixed and she confirmed my suspicions that it had been machine washed and not dry cleaned!!!! Friendly, hard working staff. I've been taking my dry cleaning here for about a year and half now and I've never had an issue. I've had shirts that lost buttons (not because of them) and gotten them replaced at a reasonable price. Turn around is better than other places in the area. If you drop off at 8 am you can often pick up at 3 pm the same day (not always, but often times). They found a brontosaurus my son put in a pocket and handed it back to me at pick up. They also have good hours during the week and stay open till 3 pm on Saturdays. read more

Took a blanket in for a yearly cleaning and it came back with spots on it. They ran it through again and whatever THEY got on it would not come out. No apologizes, no replacement cost, Not even store credit for the cost of the cleaning. Individual working the register can not make a $20 decision without the owners permission. I've been bringing items here for 3 years and some of which were 750$ suits. I was lucky it was a $100 blanket they ruined. This was a horrible experience!! I took my wedding dress in to get cleaned. The bottom was dirty but just from normal wear over one night...I wasn't in the mud or anything like that. I picked it up the first time and it was still very dirty. The owner said she would try to clean it again. I went back a few days later and it was still very dirty! I talked to the owner and tried to be very nice. She said "this customer problem-not my problem!" I asked her if she was seriously saying this was the customer's problem!! She got very irritated and kept pacing back and forth. I told her I thought she should at least give me some money back seeing that I paid over $70 to get the dress cleaned! I could not resell the dress in that condition. She raised her voice and kept saying "NO-customer problem!" I will never go back to this place....I would have been okay if she had just given me some money back and I would have taken my dress to another cleaners...which I should have done in the first place...but for a owner to tell someone it's "customer problem"---I have a problem with that!
