This review is abt the owner of the business who seems be quite unprofessional, unethical and…read morehighly irresponsible. I brought my car for wash and one of the mats had lollipop stuck in one corner and smoothie spill on the other corner. I asked during drop off if this could be taken off and the guy seemed nice and offered to try. In my opinion he should have said that he doesnt have the right tools or skillset to clean the mat rather than offering to try at the cost of damaging the mat? It turned out the mat got clean but the corners looked sanded/grinded and the rest of the mat has a design of some sort. I messaged the guy at pick up, who said the design will go away when dry - it didnt! Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it. That would be the right way to handle an incident as such! The owner was in not apologetic of what happened, instead deflected what happened.

Very disappointing overall would not recommend. 9/21 reply to James comment below. 1. I didn't change the time you texted me requesting a later time to start and I said no because I had an appointment at 9 AM you said that was no problem 2. Even at the lower price it wouldn't have been worth it, especially with destroying the special card that you folded over and put in the console 3. you apparently do this every day, you were the one that promised you could do it in the time and when you got to the car you still said it was no problem and if it was a problem maybe you could've said hey I didn't finish it this time but I'll come back and finish it instead you didn't say anything and left it to me to point out all the problems 4. You did discount the rate from one $75 to $100. I texted you and said if you wanna finish the job one morning this week you can come back and do that and I'll give you the rest of the money. You did not respond. After 2 hours I said "never mind" and you thumbs up emoji'd that message, so clearly you were sending me a message that you had no interest in following up to finish the job 3. Pictures attached. Would you want your car returned like this after a detail? Third comment to reply to his updated reply below - you texted me at 8:34 AM, which was already late when I said I needed to leave by 8:30. - you say rude, I say I paid you your Venmo pointed out that the work was a little sloppy and went to my appointment. You've already fabricated the story about me telling you the time was different in the morning and now you're saying I'm rude. I guess you really only should get one star. All of which was avoidable had you just accepted my offer to take the rest of the payment and finish the job. Integrity would typically dictate that in someone but I guess there's a generational value of quality between us that you don't share. Good luck.

From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. I declined and asked him to do the service I booked. I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).
