Great car wash experience for a reasonable price in Burbank. Definitely will come again if I'm in the area!

This was my first time coming here, the staff did a wonderful job in answering my questions and guiding me through the process. It took about an hour for the wash to be complete. Depending on the package, they vacuum the inside, wipe down the interior, and do a classic exterior wash. My package was supposed to come with an air freshener but I didn't get one and forgot to ask before leaving. The carpet was vacuumed well inside the vehicle, I do feel the seats could have gotten more attention. There was still some dust and dirt left on my glove box. The tires were polished and shiny. The hub caps needed more attention, some dirt and grime was left behind. My biggest dissatisfaction was the exterior wash, which is why I came here in the first place. I picked a mid tier package, to hopefully get a little more attention to detail, especially since my car was pretty dirty, but maybe I needed to pick something a bit more expensive. There was still a lot of dust and dirt on all sides of the vehicle. The front bumper had some bugs and tree sap that were not removed. My door jams still had some dirt. There was tree sap left on the roof of my car as well. The bugs and tree sap I can understand, as that can be quite difficult to remove, but the dirt left over was a bit confusing to me. I'd compare the quality of the exterior wash to a drive thru car wash with a bit more attention to detail. Overall, I'd say the result was just "ok" at best. I think I would come back to try a more expensive package to see if I get some better results. I am thankful for the wash though, my car needed it, but I think I had higher expectations that just weren't met. read more

First and last time here - $70 to wax my truck and they don't even wash the bed? I mean, not even spray the dust out with a hose lol what a joke. And after my guy was done, I normally just tip then drive off at other places......as I was approaching my vehicle, I could see all the wax that we hadn't wiped off.... I didn't wanna say anything so I just asked for a rag to wipe it, then we started to go round the truck and he'd left wax on every side lol, he had the cheek to ask me rudely what's wrong, as soon as I pointed out 3 or 4 spots of huge sections of wax he changed his tune, but F that, do the job properly and don't come at customers with attitude! This was a great first experience. I needed my car washed and waxed so I stopped by here. I have a small/compact SUV and was charged only 40$ for a full wash and spray wax! It took about 2 hours but it was conveniently located a few blocks from downtown Burbank so it worked out well!! All the staff were very nice and professional. They did a great job with my Lexus! I love this place to get my car washed, and I go a lot, but this past time I went, I was demanded multiple times for me to tip them. Mind you, I usually have cash on me and am able to, but this one time I couldn't and they continuously asked me to tip them and go inside and get cash. After refusing since I didn't want to take cash out, I got the door slammed in my face before I started my car to leave. read more

Price listed for a regular wash $19.99. Usually SUVs and trucks are extra. That's normal at all car washes. What is not extra is charging double for a normal regular sized pickup truck. $40 is what they told me as I pulled into the line to wait. I said I only want a regular wash. He said, yes, it's $19.99 plus extra charge for a pickup truck so it's $40. I asked why double when most car washes charge an extra $3-5 for SUVs and trucks. He said that's what we charge. Everyone is entitled to charge whatever they want. It's their own business. The surcharge for a truck is definitely a bit ridiculous. Plenty of other car washes around to go to. read more

I asked for the 59 and got 69 which may be normal, I let it go no biggy wanted to like this place but other things happen and the guy was rushing it left residue all over and I had to clean it. etc, since it was recommended by a good friend I was hoping for better outcome. read more

I've been here before and not had any problems. Today some guy I haven't met there before started off by trying to get me to get a $250 wash. I've never had anyone there try to push me into that. They have options that go up to only 59.99 on their menu. So I was really confused by that. Then after the wash I get my car and every single window. And I mean EVERY SINGLE WINDOW was covered in white streaks of whatever they used to wipe them. It almost looked like wax. Including my My windshield and Both side mirrors. All streaked in it. Absolute terrible cleaning. Then to top it all off, when I go to pay, I intended to pay with a $100 bill as the service was enough that it wouldn't have required a lot of change. And as they are pushing multiple hundred dollar washes. You would think they would have change. Nope. The woman at the counter says "no change". So i pay with my card no issue, but now i have no cash to tip the guy who finishes it. But they have an ATM so I go to get some money from that to tip. It's out of service. So now I feel like a complete A-hole cause I can't tip the guy(Im not giving him $100). But then when I get my car back it's literally so poorly done that it sort of worked out, though I would have tipped him regardless, for his work. After my experience with this I didn't even bother complaining. I just left and I'm not going back. Im literally at another car wash to get it cleaned again immediately after. After changing management, this car wash has become my go to! In Burbank, it's extremely difficult to find a car wash that does a good job and not leaving dirt and debris inside the car. Running a vehicle rental company, I bring all of my cars here and cannot be more happy with the professionalism and extremely clean common areas to wait for your vehicle. Ever since I heard this, Car Wash is under new management, I decided to give them a try, boy was a happy. The guys actually put extra work into my car, for the first time my windows were sparkly, clean, without any swirl marks, and what really gets my attention is when somebody adds attention to detail, especially to my rims. My car was in desperate need of a full detail after not having washed my car in nearly 6 months. I didn't know where to go and found this place on yelp and decided to give call. I spoke with the manager who recommended a package that included interior shampoo and exterior detail. Dropped my car off the next day and ran some errands to kill 2 hours. When I picked up the car, I was seriously impressed. It looked brand new and definitely the cleanest it's been. Well worth the money spent. It's been three months since my initial review and I thought it would be fitting to give people an update. I am still extremely satisfied with the services provided and find myself here at least once a week with four different cars. Aside from the top notch service I get, I find it quite refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile every single time. At this point I know what package to get on my cars but it was very helpful in the beginning when the gentlemen that write the tickets take the time to explain each package and suggest the right one for me. Since the grand opening, they hired a manager to check each and every car after it's done to make sure it's not only up to their standards but also the customer's standards. Prices are still extremely fair and I actually feel like I'm getting a nice bang for my buck when considering the service I get. They also have an excellent selection of drinks and snacks as you wait for your carwash. My only "complaint" is that they are not open longer so I can squeeze in my fifth car but they are still open the same hours as other washes, if not more. read more

I just went to this car wash hoping to get a very detailed wash so I paid $40 for the "side wash" and they did a very poor job at cleaning the inside of my car. This is how just the front looked and the back was just as bad. I asked for my sons car seat to be vacuumed and they didn't touch it nor did they clean the doors as you can see in the photos. I didn't take pictures of the outside of my car but there was stuff still left on my widows as well. Very disappointed especially for paying the amount I did and also tipping which I shouldn't have. read more

Arrived shortly after 8am on a Saturday and there was approximately 3-4 cars already present. $150 for a car wash and interior shampoo. Two hours he said. The guy asked if I was waiting or if I would come back. I said I'd wait and he rolled his eyes (I get it) so I said no it's fine I'll come back call me when it's ready. Said they would take two hours and they took two hours! Front desk was very nice and offered me coffee. The technicians who worked on my car were extremely professional and NICE! The #1 is $19.99, I don't drive an SUV, I don't drive a truck. I drive a Tesla Model 3. Regular sized car. I wanted the #1 for $19.99. The guy that writes the tickets said "I can't charge you, $19.99, this is a Tesla." I asked why, he replied, "Because Tesla drivers are rich." I said okay, charge me $30 then. I hope the extra the $10 was worth losing a repeat customer. And because you're taking an extra $10 from me in the front, I'm going to take money off the tip for the guy that's wiping the car down, who actually needs the money. You're robbing the customer in the front of the store, but your actions are causing the hard-working backbone of your company, the guy that wipes the car down, to make less because of your greed. I wanted a 20 dollar wash, I was going to tip your cleaner that ten. Because you took it from me in the front, and I am not the type to not tip anything, and by the way, I'm not rich, the cleaner got $5 instead. I hope you reevaluate what you're doing there, especially with the holidays coming up. read more
